Tried to go through the drive through with my bike so it wouldn't get stolen I'm 13 BTW and they where extremely rudd and threatening to call cops went to the burger king across the street and went through the drive and ordered my food fine

New location was clean. Confusing drive thru/ parking lot, but seemed to get cars through quick. Food was rough, old tomatoes and very wet beef. But it's taco bell... Staff was kind, quick, attentive, and very professional.

Well over priced for common items. At the time of writing this, their online exclusive build your own box was $12!! Other stores only a few miles away were the standard price of $5.99 and there tortilla items were very underfilled. Felt very cheated for taco bell fast food...

I have had no major service issues, but they WAY over charge. This one is near my house and charges a lot more than the others. I do not get it. Meal that is $5.99 in Albany or on 9th is $10 here. I don't get it but it angers me I have one close by I won't eat there knowing they blatantly over charge. No reason for the pricing I will never go to this location again. $10 for the Value meal that is $5-$6 everywhere else? Sorry but no, never again.

First off, the employee Xavier that was taking my order during dinner time and he was EXTREMELYYYY RUDE and told me to “hurry up!!” When I know my order and what I like. I legit was just was reading my friends order and was reading it off my screen and took a small pause to make sure I read it right and then proceeded to read the rest of their order off the screen quickly because he was rushing me with no one absolutely no one in line in front or behind me 😑Secondly~ I got up to the window he was a bit nicer butttt just causally vaping while working inside and probably during his whole shift … and the other workers and him were all just casually cussing and swearing while conversing like their off shift like come on it’s not that hard to be nice, pay attention to orders since you wanna rush people and miss items😑, have some patience and put on your customer service act on!!! Because I could’ve REALLY mean to him but I had chosen peace. I will be contacting HR or whatever is needed because that behavior as an employee is beyond unacceptable this place needs checked out!!! What has the world come to 😒😒😒

This has to be the most frustrating fast food experience from the perspective of the Taco Bell app. The price for some items are DOUBLE that of the prices of the Taco Bell on 9th street. Absolutely unforgivable. I will always drive 2 miles to 9th to save a few bucks.
Payment at the kiosk is pointless. I have never received a text message receipt or email receipt when choosing them. This last time I went there, today, was maybe the worst food service I've had in a very long time. Two young men were too busy chit arguing about if one of them was autistic or not. As a result, my order of soft tacos with no cheese had cheese. None of them, especially Brayden, acknowledged me and clearly tried to avoid me even though making eye contact, when they could see me waiting at the counter in need of assistance. They were even at the back at times, drinking their drinks, chit chatting, when I was in plain sight. It took the woman working the drive thru to see I needed assistance.
