This is a great place with an excellent selection of delicious tacos. The tacos are traditional, wrapped in a soft corn tortilla. They have good service and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We started outdoors, but had to move indoors due to lots of yellow jackets. Not surprising for August in Western Oregon.

This was my first time at Tacovore in Corvallis, and I can confidently say it won’t be my last! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was vibrant, but what truly made our visit exceptional was Santi! One of their team members! He went above and beyond to make our time there the best. Prepared our drinks with care and provided service unlike anything we’ve ever experienced, attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. I’d like to give a huge shoutout to whoever is responsible for hiring such an incredible team member!
We tried the Carnivore special as recommended, and the food was absolutely delicious. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to Corvallis because Tacovore is now a must-stop for me. Highly recommend!

TACOVORE — Flavor Heaven, Start to Finish

Hands down one of the best taco spots I’ve ever hit. The service? Impeccable. Our waiter was friendly, fast, and knew the menu like it was their playlist on repeat — top-tier hospitality.

Now let’s talk about the food — because WOW.
The tempura fish taco was crispy, airy, golden magic. That batter? Flawless. The fish? Melt-in-your-mouth tender. Then came the carne asada—juicy, smoky, and seasoned to perfection. Every bite had me rethinking all my past taco decisions.

And don’t even get me started on the house margarita — perfectly balanced, not too sweet, not too tart. Just smooth, refreshing, and a little dangerous in the best way. 🍹

To top it all off, the watermelon-pineapple agua fresca was a dream. Light, juicy, and ridiculously refreshing — like sunshine in a glass. 🍉🍍

Tacovore, you understood the assignment. And then some. 🌮🙌

The food was exceptional. It was hard to narrow down which ones to try, so we each got three and shared bites. The bean and cheese had a perfect balance of flavors, and while I think the Quesobirria was my favorite, the carne asada and carnitas were both tasty as well.
Whoever created their flavors really knows what they're doing- things were balanced and interesting, and nothing was superfluous.
We'll be back!

Came In with family during a busier Monday, food was excellent and came out quick despite how many tables were seated. Our server Tim was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had, will definitely return!

Food was pretty good. Prices decent. Tito was one of best servers I've had, made the experience much better and would go back again just for him

I come here every year to celebrate my anniversary with my partner. He took me here on our first date so Its a bit sentimental. The food comes out fast the service is great, I really don't have any complaints. For anyone that has nut allergies, a few of their dishes contain cashews, which I'm very allergic to and they always take that into consideration when I order my food. And I do sometimes order a dish that does contain cashews & I ask that they don't add that to my food and I've never had any issues with accidently getting cashews in my meal. Thanks for the good memories and good service guys!

There food is okay nothing special about it. Our waiter barely check in with us, I asked for more water and took over 5 minutes to come back. Fish taco was very dry, chicken was dried out too, like it been sitting out under a heat lamp for hours. I probably won't be back. Majority of restaurants in this town just suck.

Great food, and decent service, but pricey ($4 for one ounce of smoked tofu — really?).

Obsessed. Perfection. Would eat here everyday if possible. I didn’t get photos but had horchata, two different vegan tacos and two vegan desserts. Incredible. And gluten free too!!!

We've had vegan tacos at many places, but they tend to be skimpy on the fillings and lack flavor. Tacovore's vegan tacos were full of the listed toppings and absolutely delicious. The price was also reasonable. The service was OK. Once we got our tacos, it was hard to get water refills.
