The coconut strips were absolutely fantastic. And I do mean, ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!! don't like shrimp, so finding a place that served coconut chicken was exciting, and they did not disappoint. They were light and crispy, and the dragon fruit sauce was the perfect addition. I loved the dragon fruit sauce so much that they gave me a drink cup half full of the stuff and they even shared their recipe with me! I got my order to-go, because I had my dogs in the car (running with the AC on) and they even gave me a few bacon strips for my boys 🥰 and the ultimate topper?? When they realized they'd served me regular fries instead of the Cajun I ordered, they came out to the car and said they had more cooking and in less than 2 minutes I had the Cajun fries too. They were friendly and quick, and the restaurant was nice and clean. Will 1000% be going back!

My husband and I had lunch here today around 2:00. We had never been to a Chicken Shanty before. Jessica and Lucy were working. It was an awesome experience. They were both so welcoming and helpful. Food was delicious. I had the chicken bacon wrap and it was really yummy. Huge amounts. I was only able to eat half of my wrap. Jessica brought me foil, a box and sauces to take home. We will most definitely be back. These 2 gals are awesome.😊

The GM of this restaurant and the employee were both extremely cheerful and friendly ladies.They provided over-the-top great service. My wife and I had a sandwich meal (Nashville) and the bacon chicken wrap. Both were very tasty and plentiful. We do not live in Corvallis but come regularly, we will be back again. Well worth it!!
