Corvallis location. Called Friday to give them a heads up possibly around 30 people coming in by river boat @ 1130. Ended up only 15 showed so I felt they may have brought in too much staff. We got there at 11:45 and waited 10 minutes for table to be set up. Wait times were terrible for drinks. 20 +minutes for both 1st and second rounds. Over 2 hours 15 minutes from sit down to check always waiting on something. Everyone in our group agreed we won't be back.

What happened to the old spaghetti factory??
I have great memories as a kid going here with some of the best Italian food, but after a recent visit, it was so bad that we are never going to return here again.
Their Italian sausage dish is not even real Italian sausage. It's some cheap dollar store bottom feed garbage with terrible store-bought sauce the cheapest of cheap iceberg lettuce salad, what a disappointment. Honestly, I would be embarrassed as the owner.

Food was extremely. Price were reasonable considering the food and serving quality. It was a little too loud for my taste but also understandable for a Friday night in a college town.
We will definitely come back for more.

This place takes me way back everytime. My mom and dad brought us here back in the 1970's. Everytime we would travel to Portland this was the place to go. I think it was the only location then. It's obviously great because there's a heck of a lot more locations now. Hats off! Keep up.the great work!

In the past this place was a classy place, with great service, clean atmosphere, good food but NOT anymore. Two (2) times in the last month, I have been set at a dirty table, the service? What service? I saw them when they took my order and served my food and thats it. Staff was inconvenienced when asked if we could sit somewhere else as the person with me has a hard time around big groups due to sensory and noise, and that was a no- there were plenty of other seats, but we sat where they wanted us too. I asked for a nice glass for my drink, and got the eye roll. Recieved the ticket to pay, slammed on the table before everyone was half done with meal. For.the price,it is not.worth it in my opinion. I will not be coming back, and I will not recommend this place to anyone! It has really gone down hill.

My husband and I came to eat here with some friends today and experienced the worst service. We ordered 3 paninis and a salad. After waiting for 45mins, my husband let them know that he needed his order to go because he had to leave for work. Yes he did sound semi irritated. We never imagined it would take this long and they were dead too. There was like one other table. Ruby replied with an attitude and said, we have to make everything fresh unlike the pastas, and that’s why it’s taking so long. My husband went to leave without his order and within 4 minutes she chucked the bag with his food on the bench next to me. I ran out to give it to him since he was in the parking lot. When I got back to our table our food was there and my friends had a face like something was wrong. That’s when they told me she was reaching across the table to refill my water, my friend said, let me help and went to reach for the glass, Ruby told her, “no, you enjoy that panini” in a condescending tone. We will definitely not be back. Mind you, my friends and I weren’t the ones that set her off but she made sure to continue to serve us with an attitude and hostility.

Ruby the waitress was the worst. I waited 45 mins and didn't get to eat. I asked if I can get it to go so my wife could bring it home with her cause I needed to leave for work. We did not expect a panini and a simple salad to take so long. When I asked for it to go, she got an attitude and said that we make everything fresh.And that's why it's taking so long. I left and was upset about the attitude I got for asking for it to go. Told my wife dont tip Ruby and we will never come back.
