Tian Fu Noodle / DIY Hotpot

Tian Fu Noodle blew my expectations out of the park. Jay and all the other staff are beyond kind and hardworking. I’ve only been twice so far, and I am HOOKED. The tomato and spicy broth are to DIE for. Michelin star, with a home-y feeling. This restaurant is ranked #9 in the nation, but #1 in my heart.

The food is amazing. We ordered the chefs favorite and seafood lovers in spicy broth. Rich broth. Tender beef and seafood. Perfectly seasoned. It's a very small seating area but worth the wait.

The owner has a serious illness. My cousin and I ate there last time, and he told us we hadn't paid last time. Later, we realized he'd misremembered, so my cousin told him to be careful next time. He then told us never to eat there again. It's ridiculous. A normal owner would apologize, give us free food, and offer a discount when a customer points out a mistake. This guy got nothing, and he wouldn't even let us say anything.

Small Noodle place. Taste great. Limited seatings.

We ordered the tian fu pot and the seafood lover. Both had wayy too much oil in it.

You will not find better food in Corvallis than Tian Fu Noodle. The only regret I have is not coming here sooner!

This is a beloved restaurant within the OSU community. You can always count on Tian Fu for a delicious bowl of noodles and soup. Their spicy broth and sesame brother are absolutely to die for! The owner is one of the kindest people I have ever met. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

I dream of coming back here. I’d buy a plane ticket and rent a car just so I could have the Chef’s Special again

This is the kind of place everybody should become acquainted with—it’s hard to find anything quite this special. Of course, the food is incredible. Really, really delicious and full of flavor. If I could, I would inhale the spicy broth every hour of the day. And then the owner is just the loveliest man. Super sweet and so passionate. I feel more at home eating a meal here than at my own dining table.

I highly recommend the Chef's Favorite. It was so flavorful and so tasty! The milk tea was perfect as well- not too sweet, with just the right amount of tea flavor.
