Good coffee! They also have a good food selection for a cafe. The area is good for studying or working and has wifi and outlets. I like that they have a day where buskers perform and tons of local community signs that help orient you to what events are going on in town.

My favorite specialty coffee shop in the Corvallis area! They have great light roasts that are more acidic, fruity, and sweet, which is my preference. Service is typically good.

Great sandos. Inconsistent hot lattes (sometimes great, sometimes just lame hot milk). Tricky parking in a small lot. Yummy pastries. Awful male barista who works there on Mondays, usually. Emanates aggression and negativity, one to avoid. Atmosphere of the shop is cold and sterile, I ordered take out when I would visit.

Ordered a caramel latte and it's the best I've had. The almond croissant was soft, warm, and delicious. My friend was given a stale croissant and was given a new one. Only thing I would suggest working on would be the communication. There was time they would place certain items from our order on the counter and they didn't call it. But overall great place.

The coffee is astounding, the atmosphere is great, but good luck trying to get in. The location has 3x as much seating as parking. The locals have put up signs in yards to please not park nearby and a local shop owner sits outside their store watching if folks go inside their store or next door to Tried and True. I’ve been a customer for years but with the increasing difficulty and stress getting in I wholeheartedly can’t recommend the experience.
