Just finished a FABULOUS lunch from Wingstop Corvallis! The Garlic parm and Lemon Pepper wings were fantastic, and we loved the seasoned fries and Cajun corn too!! Everything was hot and crispy, and the ranch tasted like home made!! Hoping to try more flavors, but not sure if I can lay off the Garlic Parmesan!! So good!! Kudos!!

Long waits, understaffed and my seasoned fries had no seasoning. They didn't give me my drinks, I had to ask and the plain wings were extremely overcooked and lacking. There were so many people waiting there were no tables left.

this location is ridiculously slow. the app quoted me 15-20 minutes. I wait the 15 minutes and once I arrive I am told it will be ANOTHER 20-25 MINUTES. I love wingstop but wish it didnt take me over 40 minutes to receive my order, especially if I am ordering ahead in the app. Another thing to add was that the young lady handing out orders was basically just tossing them onto the counter or shoving them into the hands of their customers. She has very poor customer service, never once smiled or thanked anyone.

Atomic wings weren't that spicy. The Spicy Korean BBQ wings were spicier. They tasted good though. My wife really liked her order (original spicy, and mild). It would have been 5 out of 5 if the atomic wings were spicier.

The service fell well below expectations, with noticeable discourtesy from staff marked by an unwelcoming attitude. An incorrect order was met without apology or any attempt to rectify the inconvenience, which was disappointing. Despite providing photographic proof that my order was incorrect, my concern was denied without resolution, until explaining over and over again. This, in addition to the poor and discourteous service, reflects a concerning lack of accountability.
