I have been a fan of Woodstock's Pizza since 1987, but that was the location in Isla Vista (Santa Barbara) CA. I have been to literally every single Woodstock's in California, and to this location once way back in 1998 (still have the shirt!) and then again today. Unfortunately today it was disappointing and certainly not worth the almost 2 hour drive from Portland.
Both the wheat and white crust were very dried out and bland. The sauce was close enough to the CA recipe, although despite ordering extra sauce it still needed more, probably because the crust was so dry. The toppings were merely acceptable.
All in all it was just an okay pizza. For someone who absolutely loves the pizzas from the California locations, this was definitely a letdown and I cannot recommend it. The people with me, who have all had CA Woodstock's before, agreed. But hey, at least I won't be tempted to make the drive again the next time I'm in Portland.

Woodstock's is at the top of my short list of loved pizza establishments. As a lactose intolerant individual I have limited options as dough, sauce, and toppings often contain dairy, in addition to the cheese. That said, the folks over here are serving up delicious pies whether youre dietary restricted or not. A friend tried some of my DF pizza and loved it.
The crust is an art in itself, and the open kitchen allows you to watch as the masterpiece is assembled. If anyone you're with doesn't walk in with an appetite, by the time your creation hits the oven they will have aquired one.
The interior has super high ceilings, and while the decor and booths give a cozy feel, the ceiling height keeps it from feeling small, a really balanced atmosphere of dining in.
It's 1.5hr away from home, but anytime we are in the area it's a must to grab their largest pizza and bring some back.
Do yourself a favor and skip the chain this week and try Woodstock's. You won't regret it.

Wonderful pizza, I was especially a fan of the thick and twisty style of the crust. Fair pricing, I got an 8 inch personal pan pizza loaded with toppings for just under $12.

The is good pie. I had pepperoni, pineapple (you’re wrong, pineapple does belong on zza) and red onions, on white, regular dough. It was well cooked and delicious. I had take out. I was greeted kindly and well taken care of. I’ll be back.

This is the only really good Corvallis pizza place that will deliver out our way. So, whenever we get pizza, it is Woodstock’s. Never disappointed. One time I ordered the cheese bread, and might not do that again. As for the pizza, they have a variety of different crust options and every topping you could imagine. We order one large pie per person, and have leftovers for a day or more.

Have to admin the CA versions are a bit better. Surprising to see how they’ve evolved differently. The wild bread here was a lot thinner. Similar flavor but much less doughy here. I like the CA version better.
Good place for pizza.
Worst pizza I have ever had, I wouldn’t even call it pizza. It was a crust overrun with soggy tomatoes and a few flecks of basil. Also I watched the cashier make our salad with her bare hands after she rang in our order, no hand washing or gloves.
Best pizza place in Corvallis, with a large variety of toppings. Try using BBQ sauce, herb chicken, and vegetables to make a BBQ chicken pizza!
You need to try the whole wheat crust!
