I tried to like it, really I did. But the "salted caramel cups" were actually coffee, and that unexpected harsh flavor just ruined the entire thing. Some of the machines had already been shut off (still an hour until closing), so some of the group weren't able to get what they were craving. Only saw staff long enough to take my money -- nobody came to wipe down tables or anything.

Often rude service or even none at all. We love coming here but this location is lacking. Often the yogurt is too soft. Location is often dirty. We come in and average of twice a week. Staff often has attitudes. Poorly cut topping and often mislabeled.

Decent. Came to this location bc online said they had a certain flavor. Drove out of my way and as I walked in...none of the online flavors were being served. Also they didn't have white chocolate chips or rainbow sprinkles. What yogurt chain doesn't cary the basics. Staff acted like we were an inconvenience. Place was clean.
