Excellent service especially Eating at Arby’s over hearing conversation from the behind the counter about how they got a customer who complained that his chicken bacon ranch was cold, and he wanted the handwritten letter from apology from every member of the staff

I come here frequently and the last few times curly fries tweet old and reheated and are not up to standard for any one to be serving I will strongly rethink next time where I eat Place was clean and service was fast but I would rather wait a few minutes for a lot better fries

Food csme out wrong. Old fries in which the customer service stated if we wanted fresh fries we need to ask for them to cook them fresh at time of order. I have never heard this besides from a lazy work crew, We ordered 2 Shakes which neither had been mixed properly. Overall Fail By the Crew in My opinion..Wouldn't recommend.
