After walking out of Taco Bell due to extremely poor customer service . We went down the street to Arby's. Sara was fantastic the moment we walked in. She was friendly and helpful. Thank you for turning my mood around.
Ordered on the app. Got a free sandwich was nice. Food was all hot and fresh. Mac and cheese balls are very good. From order to pick up was 6 minutes. Super convenient when travelling up and down the freeway. Polite employees in the drive thru and inside. Will stop again.Parking: Clean, well marked lot with lots of room
While driving back to Seattle my family stopped here to get a quick lunch using the drive thru. Something different than the usual hamburger or sub sandwich. Their drive thru service was fast, and we were back on the road in less than 5 mins. We got a classic roast beef sandwich and a cheddar beef sandwich with crinkle fries. Both hot the spot on a rainy Saturday afternoon.

We eat in our car, didn't go in. We like to pull into the gravel lot & park in the small pond that's there during the winter. The food is consistently good. The person in the drive-through window was very pleasant and helpful.Parking: We like parking in the geavel lot next to the building but plenty of spots in the marked lot.

The Arby’s corporate put out an ad for a 3 dollar or less menu but the store they told me I have to order that special online… No walk up specials… Talk about a bait and switch! Don’t waste your time! I wish they would be truthful instead of trying to deceive you. It’s sad that they have to try to trick you into coming into their store to eat there.

Ordered with the app, then discovered I couldn't pick up at the drive thru, had to come in. Not a fan of not having my food freshly made, but sitting there waiting for me. Still I got free fried cheese for using the app which was awesome. Loved the curly fries haven't had those in ages. The roast beef sandwich was as meh as I remembered.
