Service is everything unless the food trumps it. This place was a mess. Miss personality taking orders and cooking whipping his face and not washing his hands. Turning away customers over a fryer issues.

They leave their phone off the hook… and when you show up to order they say they’re so busy they can’t answer the phone. There was 3 teenagers working two of which where sitting in a booth playing on their cell phones and another girl on her cell phone in the cooking area. They got my order incorrect and i didn’t realize until after I got home. I had to drive all the way back down there because… they leave their phone off the hook… then they seemed annoyed cuz they had to cook the rest of my order after they had already cleaned. This place used to be legendary. It’s a dirty lotto place that happens to serve burgers … it used to be quality cool ass local joint… I’m super disappointed to see what it has become
Is the milkshakes. Milkshakes are excellent. If nothing else stop off for a milkshake, excellent!

The food is good, but the service is terrible. They will ask you to hold and then never come back. You can hear them talking in the background. Never friendly, no smiles, nothing. When I get there, I go in because drive thru is backed up to the street. I wait at the counter 20 minutes before someone comes to me. My food was sitting on the table, getting cold the whole time. Now, their milkshakes are smaller. Large is the size of medium, and they don't even fill the cup. While my food was on the counter getting cold, my milkshake was in the freezer hardening up. Absolutely terrible service and horribly managed.
