Man... we used to enjoy getting food from this place here and there but the last two experiences we've had have been terrible. Customer service was unfriendly, almost annoyed at my husband for ordering on the phone. I've worked customer service as a waitress for 14 years... if someone orders takeout 40 minutes prior to close, sure, maybe you wish they didn't BUT you don't treat them as though they're a bother. And 40 minutes prior to close IS reasonable especially if it is just takeout. The food: Was unfortunately not even worth half of what we paid. Attached is a photo of an $8 burger (the American burger) for my son. I thought they forgot the patty at first! We will no longer be going back and will instead make the drive to Creswell's Toxic. We all ended up throwing away half of our meal which totaled at $60. Really bummed.

CALL TO ORDER AHEAD. Or you'll wait a long time. They cater to Dine In and Drive thru first.I'm from California and went on a road trip to Oregon. Made a stop here because it was the closest burger place. It's a small place. Went in to place an order to go and had to wait about 30 minutes for food. The waiting part is not my problem. My problem was that they Ignored my order. People who came in after me who dine in and people who came 10 min after me went to the drive thru all got their orders before I did. It was not even busy. 3 dine in tables only.I went to check 20 min into my order and said it's almost ready give them 3-4 minutes. That lasted another 10 minutes or so. Went back to check and they said they were bagging it. They knew they messed up because I heard them talking and the front girl said, "well everything has a time on it".They IGNORED my order and gave it all to the Drive thru and Dine in customers because mine was To Go.The burger was ok. I like the buns they used. Their customer service needs Major improvement. I was not impressed with their choice of apple juice for my daughter.

If there are ANY other customers there, you might as well just get the cheapest burger because theres only, at best, a 50/50 chance you will actually get what you order.Either that or the bacon cheese burger has no bacon.Additionally, someone should introduce the cooks to salt ... Unseasoned beef is very bland

This place is incredibly expensive. It was $22.50 for a double cheeseburger with bacon. In order of onion rings and a chocolate malt!

I was very much looking forward to the burgers sourced from a local ranch. My only experience with such was with Cornucopia. Well my verdict is that the burger I had was pretty average. I had it pretty plain, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and red onion on purpose so the flavor of the beef wasn't drowned out.I do need to say that their variety of burgers is pretty extensive. Their black raspberry milk shake was killer. I passed on the fries.Lastly, the burger was priced a bit on the high side.Opinions vary, and everyone has different tastes. So I encourage everyone to try Bonanza out for themselves.

Long time Cottage Grove burger, fries, and shake stand. In business for nearly 50 years, these folks offer a variety of burgers, hot dogs, shakes, fries, and more.Fast, friendly service. Decent prices.Little dining area as well as a small video gambling room (slots).

I like the closet feel of that place. The service is great and the food is awesome especially the milkshakes. The food is kinda spendy. But much cheaper than fast food.

Old town favorite burger joint. Makes you think of a time forgotten. Made with pride and a ton of milkshake flavors.
