All exactly as I expect from a Burger King. Fast service, clean restaurant, happy workers (happy workers being most important). Raises and benefits all around. I would have gladly paid $1 extra on every menu item if I knew it meant full time employees who can afford local housing, health benefits and a life. Nothing crazy. They want big money they can do the work to be a GM. But the individual that shows up when scheduled helps cover shifts for coworkers doesn't want to be a GM but wants to be the best opener, closer, dishwasher, server and do a job well, for you. They are an investment in the company infrastructure and culture. Treat and train them well ❤️🩹

Just went through the drive through, every question I asked about the menu seemed to make the girl who was working there so mad if I'm so inconvenient I'll spend my money somewhere else drove right on through and didn't spend a dime, honestly Im surprised they are open I never see anyone there wish they would make it in to a good restaurant like Chick-fil-A or even an in n out would be better just needs new life, 1st time I went there in 2 years and with that service I will not be back

I’ve never had a bad experience at the Cottage Grove B.K. The staff always go over and beyond to make sure everything is exactly how requested.The building needs updated but that’s not the Staffs fault nor does it effect the quality of service.

It'd been quite some time since having Burger King as compared to other fast food places, the quality in general has somewhat always seemed a bit lesser.I've barely paid any mind to this location over the past year other than to notice that it's rarely busy, but recently, upon seeing that they have one of the higher ratings from the health department in this county decided to give it a try today.Got a 2/$5 Whopper Jr special, which was not worth $5. The buns were refrigerator, almost frozen, cold, and the dry, overcooked 'meat' was not freshly cooked (to order).Pretty much threw this all in the trash and ordered a double Whopper with bacon and cheese. It was a bit better, although warmed in the microwave, the bun was toasted and the sand overall wasn't too bad.Likely done with BK for a few more years.Staff were efficient and somewhat friendly.Restaurant was empty and clean.
