I showed up about five minutes before they closed. They pleasantly took my order, made fresh fries, and were quick. I went through the drive-thru.

Store manager couldn't get a simple question answered, and even thought explaining it 3 times that surely she got it? Nope. She was pissy and not only did we pay for a missing burger, she completely ga e us a plain plain burger and bun? I usually have decent service, but if your gonna be a manager, stop getting angry and pissy at the customer. Ask them to pull forward and talk at tge window.. maybe it might back up slightly, but better than all frustrated and in person is often what solves the old drive thru intercom static/interference.

They did not make my order correctly
The hamburger meat was cold, rubbery, and certainly didn’t Taste as a flame broil burger should. I’ve had Burger King in other locations and you could detect the distinct flavor of the broiler. Not so here!

I had a double whopper with cheese ordered it on the app I made a few changes. The burger was just the way I had ordered it plus you could tell it was fresh off the broiler. Staff did a good job, I would stop there again

Management/employees gave our online order to someone else and wouldn't honor our order even know that we have 100% proof of this purchase. While yelling at me and my wife and continue to say we had already received our order, which was absolutely false. This manager needs to be looked into as this restaurant. #Burger king
Thought I ordered chicken but got a Whopper. Probably my mistake. Lol
