Dietz Deli Reviews
I have eaten at Dietz several times now, and it’s never disappointed me. Their sandwiches are great, but the selection of ready to go dinners are a great way to feed the family as well.
Was excited to try a new place in town, and was even more excited to write this review.
Stopped by for Monday lunch, and got the hot beef hoagie (as recommended by both the guys behind the counter).
With chips and tip it totaled ~$17 but the freshness and flavor and quality were well worth it! Spicy (horseradish), savory (carmelized onion) and cheesy 10/10 would get it again and I know my husband is going to love it when he tries.

Fresh quality ingredients, handled well by cheery people, a cute corner of a charming small downtown. Delicious!
Fair disclosure - Dietz Deli is owned by members of my family. But it's still great!

Dietz Deli is a popular spot for fast and delicious lunches, known for its excellent sandwiches. Customers report very happy experiences with a wide variety of options, including the Reuben, the habit, a turkey and avocado, a BLTA, and a ham and cheese panini. Many note these are incredible sandwiches, with some calling the Reuben possibly the best they have ever had. The quality of ingredients is consistently praised as being through the roof, with everything described as fresh and clean. The Greek cucumber salad, potato salad, and homemade mac n cheese with brisket also receive positive mentions.
The service is consistently described as fast, friendly, excellent, and super helpful, with staff who remember customers. The food comes out quickly and is made fresh. While most feedback is extremely positive, noting the perfect spot for a meal, one experience with a specific rogue creamery panini was disappointing due to an overwhelming amount of bleu cheese and a soggy texture from apple compote, contrasting with the advertised description.
Despite limited options in the area, many customers are thankful for Dietz Deli, with some visiting at least three times a week. The overall consensus is a highly recommended place for a great sandwich.
