El Rincon del Taco Food Truck

I ordered two breakfast burritos one sausage and one bacon, both burritos had refried beans, no potatoes and very little eggs for $12.00 a piece. So lots of beans sausage/bacon and veggies. This is not a burrito I would have orded if it was on a menu. My husband and I were not happy with our breakfast burritos probably won't go back.

Absolutely love coming here, I was get the steak macho burrito and get red salsa which adds the perfect little bite of spice to it, I come here almost weekly I can't get enough

They have pretty good food (asada meat is not), and I’ve been a frequent and repeat customer for a while. There is one employee who does give me some attitude. I got scolded today for asking for condiments, Ive also been overcharged from this employee before (I believe he has a grudge against me asking for salsa and lime). He made it seem like this was a huge ongoing issue, even though I haven’t had trouble from anyone else and this is the first time he mentioned it. Disappointed because this was my go to spot. Everyone else is fine, but I won’t be back because of the unfriendly/ uncomfortable service from this employee. Got home and my order was wrong as well.

Honestly such great food and would definitely return again. Should’ve taken a photo before we ate the food but were too excited and dug in. Clean plate club!

Ordered a carne asada tostada and torta, and it was amazingly delicious, and was done and ready to go super fast. A+ place here, highly recommend!

The best authentic Mexican food anywhere!

I ate a Carné Asada Breakfast Burrito. Big and filling, just what I needed, I added a bit of green hot sauce.
I was ready for my drive to Cottage Grove Oregon, whose town needs one of these!

He took time to talk with us about Mexico, sharing stories of his hometown, his deep love for his people, and the rich culture of his land. His passion made the experience feel so personal and special. The food was fresh, perfectly spiced, and crafted with care. If you’re craving exceptional Mexican cuisine and a heartfelt vibe, this truck is a must-visit. Alex and his team are phenomenal!
