Give them an order and I promise they will screw it up. And tell me how hard it is to put mayo in a small container? Do they not have bulk mayo here? And talk about attitudes! This place is full of them. And then, as we leave, the young girl from the window, mad because she had to bring out another sandwich, stands in the window with a smirk on her face waving. She needs to understand that not everyone has the same patience for stupid that we do.I know you didn't ask for my advice but here it is anyway. There are restaurants all around here. Go to one.

Do not go here.Got pulled around to the front to wait, employees smoking at the entrance because the dining room isnt open yet, ash flicked on my car, food took forever, employees glare at customers and talk poorly about them, not friendly, not pleasant. Took half an hour for 3 items.

The last two times I went to this place I ended up driving away without food. These people have got to be the slowest drive thru in the Western United States. One time we waited 8+ minutes before they took our order and there was one car in the lot and one car ahead of us in the drive through.

tried to get food from Jack in the Box while towing a 26ft trailer behind a 22ft truck and the lobby was closed... understandable I guess due to restrictions, worker on her smoke break outside told us to pull up to the order screen and they will be able to take my order... got the truck to alert workers inside and was told to wait....waited 10 minutes to try to get food and no one came back and answered, so we decided to leave and fuel up like we were trying to do as we had a schedule to keep to make it down to Sacramento by the next day. absolutely horrible service and that's even being understanding of the current situation. lesson learned, I guess.

Ordered at 3:30 on 17 May 2021Fries were undercooked sandwiches were undercooked when I ordered my meal she seemed to have an attitude because I was getting stuff from The breakfast menu and very rudely told me I was going to have to park because it's going to take a while. I figured if it was going to take a while at least my food was going to be cooked. They got the order wrong. I told the woman have a good day when she brought me the food and she just rudely said whatever and walked away. I will not be coming back to this Jack in the box anymore.
