SOOOO incredibly slow. 10 min waiting to place an order, another 15 waiting for it. No guests in dining room, one drive through guest.

Yes, we were hungry and it was late and this KFC turned out getting compliments from both my husband and I as we enjoyed two different two pieces boxes. Mine came with waffles it was the 1 waffle combo with 2 pieces. I got crispy drumsticks and was not disappointed, I added the sm cherry poppers and that gave us each 2 sweet bites, perfect size for 2.49 not bad at all. In fact this was the cheapest meal we've had in days on the road. And we both agree it is the best too. Can't beat that and even though there are so many places around here. We may just go back there tomorrow. I want to try the deep fried mash potatoes next time instead of the cherry poppers which were delicious... As with most great food, I forgot to take a photo. And just devoured it...

Disappointed that I was refused an option to substitute something over the fries. Kind of wrong to force people to eat fries if a person is willing to pay a minor upgrade fee. Since I have forced to take the fries, they were nasty!! How do you make fries taste dry like cardboard? We tried the new potato wedge/ball things. They are so odd, zero flavor, really crispy on the outside but very mushy on the inside. I get these are supposed to be mash potatoes, yet the inside was just gross over made potatoes. The extreme crunch and the near runny goo inside is not a good combo. The chicken strips were extremely dry, so dry you needed water with each bite. I assume these were overcooked or tossed back in the fryer after sitting out a while.
In all, this was a very disappointing dining experience, the young person taking the order was polite and friendly, but the above lacking food quality or allowed to make a substitution makes KFC a disappointment.

Went to the dine in on Easter Sunday on our way back home and had the best kfc food we’ve ever had! We were greeted right away by friendly staff, and our food was delivered and correctly made, as well as fresh. It was a pleasant fast food experience! (And no, the food wasn’t partially eaten when it arrived)

They don't even have pot pies at this location 😒 So I ordered a famous bowl and got four little pieces of chicken on top.What a joke You guys need to step it up a little bit! I Won't be back now I know why there was nobody there during the lunch hour!

I think the chicken they use has more emotional and intellectual intelligence than the manager on 03/18/25. She couldn't hear my request, instead relies on the convenience of NO. Food was not fresh and expensive as no other. Yuck.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I will never eat at this franchise again. No matter the location.

Started the drive thru experience with being told they aren't carrying their limited time option then when getting our drink bag, all they have is water, tea, or lemonade. And they didn't tell us that till we had already gotten through most of our order.
