Sucks to have to give this shitty review , they didn’t put bacon on my double quarter pounder with cheese .
The girl who helped me didn’t really seem to care , she had the bring this cold bacon in a box to top it myself ? Instead of making me a new one ?
Atleast cook the bacon , I won’t be visiting this location again . If I’m in the area I’ll try the Carls Jr.
Sadly I can’t recommend this location .

Today I would like to suggest your workers refrain from smoking weed in the outside dining area where kids are in the vicinity. Young man with the curly hair & hair & McDonalds cap on and his friend should keep that stuff at home. I understand he’s on break as he said and like I shared with him he’s representing your brand. Good service. Food can run late when it's busy but what do you expect. Nice clean facilities and restrooms. As far as McDonalds goes this is a nice one. Especially in comparison to the ones im used to in eugene

Prices went up and up but the didn't get better and this McDonald's doesn't offer salads. Seem to be out of stock all the time and can never get your drive through order correct.

Cottage Grove is like the land that time forgot. Even McDonald's here is awesome. After my prior McDonald's experiences in Eugene Oregon I was very hesitant to trust McDonald's again. I am glad I did because this place knocked it out of the park!

All I have to say is this was the freshest and most delicious mcdonalds I've ever had. Put all the other ones to shame. Crazy thing is, our fries stayed hot the entire time we ate and didn't seize up after 2 minutes. Yummy

Please use gloves when handling partially opened food and putting it into bags. Touching your phone to have a dance party “baby shark “ and than touching my fry’s bare handed is kinda gross. Phones are one of the filthiest things and hardly ever washed/sanitized. Pretty much a toilet seat. Not gonna describe the girl cuz I don’t want her in trouble. But she’ll know from the review. Otherwise great place.
