The lady who took my order was lovely, but honestly the pizza isn’t good! It’s just not! I ordered the Donkey Delight and I swear it was like a frozen pizza or something. Thin, burnt crust, undercooked vegetables and very underseasoned. It came with tomatoes. Not baked pleasantly into the pizza as one might expect, oh no, but raw on the side!?? 🤦♀️ As for the environment inside, it has a couple cute features like the fish tank, but it sure smells musty and unpleasant for a pizza parlor. Never again, I’m sorry. What a waste of money.
Best pizza I’ve had on the west coast. We live 2 hours away but my husband grew up in Cottage Grove and we stop at Pinocchio’s anytime we’re near.
Best pizza on the planet, & the ranch is perfect.
I love that places like this still exist.
This pizza is really good. The establishment looked clean, with cool decor. Only thing I'd suggest, is more pizza for the price.
Awesome crust, It’s always cooked to perfection. Never have been disappointed. Service is amazing.
SHAMEFUL.
Will NEVER go back, and inform everyone I can!
Dont get ripped off like we did:
Ordered a beef and onion pizza last night.
I cant believed they dumped this on us.
See my photos.
The whole pizza was this way:
You can see there was NO beef on some slices.
Cheese only halfway up the pizza; Missing on multiple pieces.
WORST PIZZA EVER!!

We were on the road, half an hour away and called in an order. They didn't know us but took the order. When we got there our order was waiting for us and it was delicious and hot, right out of the oven. This is a great place to go for a great pizza. The food was great. There wasn't a TV blaring a sports game, rather we were able to talk and laugh and enjoy ourselves. I would highly recommend Pinocchio's Pizza.
Kid-friendliness: There is a couple of games for the kids, young or old.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair entrance on the side with a ramp

Good pizza place. They have a working original table top arcade from the 80's too.

This is REALLY SAD... Pinocchio's used to be a great place to eat excellent pizza (back in the 70s & 80s). Now it's just an expensive Wannabe. They've changed everything; The pizza is horrible tasting, in part because they burn the crust and call it normal, and you can't even build the pizza you want any more - It will only let you add ONE additional topping to any pizza which is CRAZY because the combos they offer are terrible. And, lastly, their prices are un-FREAKING-believable! If you're in Cottage Grove, go to Dominoes or Figaro's!! Less money and better experience overall.
