Went in for lunch and was instantly greeted at the door, service was wonderful and cheerful. One of the employees named Brian was exceptionally polite and attentive, also had a great attitude. Makes making sandwhiches fun!

I don’t know if he was new, but there was a kid making sandwiches yesterday and it took us over 40 minutes to wait for him to finish two sandwiches for a mobile order, and then make our three sandwiches. It was not busy and I’ve worked in customer service for years and I always try to be patient but Seeing him work all by himself while one of the women was out smoking and the guy running the drive-through was no help at all and equally slow at checking us out. I doubt I will be coming back for a while.

I stopped here several times in a week it’s a clean location and vegetables are fresh all the time, but this week employees are changed and vegetables are super could and salad bowls does have ice on it even vegetables are not fresh

terrible service workers are extremely rude and act as if they don’t have the time to do their job. We put in a mobile order and it wasn’t done 20+ minutes after the time it was supposed to be and supposedly was done.

I want there tonight to get 3 meals of the day and there was 3 women working 2 of which were so busy talking to each other that one of them burnt herself and the third lady took My order and even then the service was very slow 😟😟

Me and my grandma went today, the workers were rude, non listening and just overall the service was bad, they wouldn’t pay attention to what you were ordering. And they were rude to everyone. The lobby was gross along with their restroom

Showed up pretty long line but I wanted subway so I stayed. When I got closer to ordering I noticed it was two girls (probably there first job) they were busting there butts and a lady I’m hoping isn’t a supervisor calls a girl by the wrong name and when the girl corrected in her about her name the older lady very smugly says I don’t care.. it’s obvious you didn’t care about her name or the waiting customers since you walked in the back and I didn’t see you walk back out

I ordered on doordash a rare fast food treat. When I got the sandwiches they were extremely cold. Was supposed to be toasted - nope. Bread was not toasted. All ingredients were so cold they felt like they were all straight from the freezer! I normally don't complain but I spent nearly $28 for 2 sandwiches and they were freezing cold. Presentation of food and the safety they took in stapling the bag shut were great ( the only reason for the 2 star rating).

They never make ur order on time when u order via the mobile app, I always wait an hour after it says itll be ready. they don't put all of the cheese u request, they forget avocado, and half the time forget to toast it. They're lazy and rude too. UPDATE: i went again and ONCE AGAIN they did not toast it NOR FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. NOBODY HAS DONE ANYTHING ABOUT THESE issues. This subway is seriously frustrating me.
