Every single time I get an order delivered from this place, it's insanely wrong. The management is constantly firing and bringing in people, so it's just a string of inexperienced, usually students who haven't had proper training. I don't blame the staff at all, they're overworked and underpaid. Management needs to be fired and changed
This Subway needs a lot of help from the health department. We ordered meatball sandwiches and after toasting the sandwiches the meatballs were still cold when we bit into them. We had to take them home and heat them to proper standard temperature so we did not get food poisoning. One guy was trying work hard, but his coworker was outside smoking and when she came in a snail moves faster working then her. The entire eating areas were not clean, customer service was poor, and the lettuce and veggies some looked out dated. They did not have any bags for our food, no toilet paper available for bathrooms, and the food was not properly heated up to a safe temp. I'm glad we did not get sick, but the hygiene of the food making areas and restaurant areas is very substandard.

Frustrating to walk in and there are no employees in sight, but you can hear them all talking and having conversations in the back of the store. I had to knock loudly on the glass at the front of the store to get someone's attention. Then the sandwich was made wrong. I had to keep telling the employee to add ingredients, but he kept forgetting. For example, I asked him for salt, pepper, oil vinegar. He started wrapping the sandwich, I said did you add the salt pepper oil vinegar. He said no, I did not. Then added only salt and pepper and went back to wrapping the sandwhich, forgetting to add the rest of the order. This happened from start to finish on the sandwich and by then end I just gave up. Will never return to this subway.

had 2 mobile orders, one to pick up at 7:40 and the other at 7:44, went in at 7:38 and the order had barely been started. i saw the manager Keri, standing around not doing any or the orders when i pulled in so i waited for them to not have been started. i left to sit in my car then went into the drive through. there was as another guy and the manager in the back doing only who knows what because i went into the drive through and the lady infront of me wasn’t even getting started after 5-7 minutes so i pulled out and saw someone who was a walk in got their food before me along with a lady who walked in and had her mobile orders for after me. i finally got the food just for there to not be a bag for 2 sandwiches per order. so i had to carry them out of the store with no bag after seeing someone else walk out with a bag. i got home yo find out that the sandwiches had not been done properly. some sandwiches were toasted, too much meat, didn’t taste right. i blame the manager more then the girl because she seemed to be new, im very disappointed in Keri the manager for not helping out her staff who had 3 mobiles, and 3 people in the lobby by herself. the girl was very sweet. i used to work there knowing how badly its ran already but it had been awhile so i thought maybe it gotten better but it truly just got worse.

I was passing through stopped at this subway, the manager Keri gave the best customer service. I will definitely be back especially if she’s working.

My husband went here around 7 PM tonight and got a BLT with extra bacon which means 16 pieces that would be double bacon on a foot-long sandwich and I wanted it extra crispy and only my bacon cooked. My husband told the guy making my sandwich four times and he said yeah I will I know I get my sandwich. It’s a foot-long. There are only four pieces of bacon on it and it’s not even cooked a bacon and I got charged for double bacon and you can’t even call the store to complain about it to let them know but they did wrong every time I go to this location They screw my food up. I am calling the Better Business Bureau and I am reporting you guys it’s ridiculous not only do you get the orders wrong but your phone always has a business tone every time somebody tried to call and it’s not because somebody’s on the phone. I have tried to call other times when I’ve had this problem and it’s always a business tone. I will give somebody from Subway 24 hours to get back to me whether it’s through email or through this review and get me a coupon or something so I can go back in there and get a sandwich because I had to throw this $20 sandwich away if I don’t hear from anybody trying to make this right in the next 24 hours, I am reporting you to the bbb and the health dept because I know you guys are not up to code with the health standards

After posting this review I got a call from Keri one of the managers. She apologized for my experience and explained the situation that the young kid was new and still learning. I appreciate her taking the time to reach out to me and try to rectify the situation. She told me I could come in and get my meal remade. I really appreciate her trying to make it right. Thank you for the good customer service despite the original experience. Thank you Keri!

Placed a mobile order for an American club and I added avocado. I got the meal with a drink and 2 cookies. When I got there nobody greeted me and the woman behind the counter was helping make a sandwich for another employee but didn’t even say welcome in. A young kid finally came over and asked me what I wanted. I told him I’m there for mobile pick up. Sandwich was wrapped on the counter by the register instead of in the mobile order area. He almost forgot my drink and when I got home I realized they forgot my cookies. They also forgot the avocado which I paid $2 more for. What’s the point of ordering what I want if these people can’t get it right. It wasn’t even busy nobody else was there. Terrible service and I’m only giving 2 stars cuz the sandwich was still good despite missing avocado.

Very slow. I am here in person and they said they had 3 mobile orders ahead of me. I am the only one sitting in line waiting to order in the drive through and it is taking FOREVER. I guess if you don’t use a mobile app you are punished .

The restaurant is dirty. Not busy dirty but not kept up dirty. We went Sunday night and Monday night. The same food was on the floor. Cobb webs dust. The napkins holder was gross.I cleaned most of it so I could pull napkins out.

Only giving 2 stars because our sandwiches were good.
Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 720pm, was not ready until 745pm. Only TWO people working on a Friday night, neither were very fast or very enthusiastic. Two couples in front of me and it took the whole 25 minutes I was waiting for the couple in the front of the line to be done. It's not for a lack of business, drive through had 3 cars in it, the line behind me was backed up to the door and online orders were coming in, part of reason why it was taking so long. They used to number our sandwiches in accordance with the number on the receipt so when we got home we knew which sandwich was which, now they do not so I have to open each one to and try to figure out by the topping which one is which.
Additionally, it's a Friday night and they were out of toppings and sauces for my order. Why would you be out of things going into the weekend? It's literally a store right off the freeway, tons of business. It's never empty in there.
I feel bad for the staff, no supervision, no one couching and helping them improve, and a bunch of angry frustrated guests. Our kids are in high school, and several of their friends say it's a horrible place to work, no one stays long.
These all seem like management issues. I never see anyone in there that looks to be in change. There used to be a supervisor gentleman there a couple years back and it was well staffed, and things went quickly. Has been declining ever since I stopped seeing him there......
I had a brief interaction a few years back with the district manager, she had an absolutely horrible attitude! Like she was too busy to deal with anything.
