Went thru drive thru and placed order all 4 taco in order were so stale they were almost not able to eat. Use to love Taco Bell not so much this location. Will take my $40.00 else where.

Waited over 20 minutes without being helped while the day shift manager ( I assume) was in clear view was sitting texting on her phone beyond ridiculous will not be coming to this location anymore McDonalds is better in every aspect

The only order option is to use a touch screen. There are two nasty, sorry, fingerprint smeared touch screens. So unappetizing. There is a hand sanitizer dispenser but so YUCKY! The wait just to order is so long. The food was slapped together and not at all appealing. No staff present. Did left on the counter. Bad bad bad experience

The bathroom code was a number associated with DJT and they labeled the single-use bathrooms by gender even though they had the exact same equipment in each (no urinal in the men’s). I would give more stars but that’s just irresponsible and not safe for people who don’t look cis.

No posted menu. Could only order from kiosks which take forever since you have to scroll down through all the menu items to see what you may want to order. There was no value menu option. We eventually left without ordering anything and went to the nearby Arbys, a much better experience. We will never go back to this Taco Bell unless we can at least look at a full menu before ordering.
Service was quick, employees were nice.
