Warm atmosphere and friendly staff. I was there on a Sunday for board game night and had an amazing time! It was worth the 30-minute drive from Eugene and I hope to do it again soon!
Great food, attentive and friendly staff combined with the ambiance of a small town music hall. I was in Eugene for work and got a room in Cottage Grove and the Axe and Fiddle have kind of made Cottage Grove my go to for the next time I'm working in the area. I recommend the nachos if you're really hungry and the chowder if it's chilly.
Stopped by for the first time for a late birthday dinner. We sat outside and even though our server was the only one for the entire place, she waited on us in a timely fashion and was very friendly. The food was excellent, and while we enjoyed sitting outside, next time will be indoors to get a feel for the ambiance.
