Went to Crater Lake National Park. Started at the Rim Village which is still open at the moment. We had soup & chili as it was quite cold today- both were very good. I thought the souvenirs were quite pricy (t-shirts, hats). Unfortunately the items I found didn't have the size, guessing due to end of their season. Amazing park & Lake. Suggest going to the Steelhead visitor center to watch the 22 min film thru have to tell the history about the lake then take a left to ride around the lake. Just amazing! So glad we went & better it snowed so gave a whole different feel to it.

The weather was perfect, however they didn't have enough seating, so I had to make do.

This shop has a dining room on the second floor of the building. You can order food on the first floor and bring it up to the dining room to eat. From the dining room, you can enjoy a direct view of Crater Lake. There are also several informative boards and a model of Crater Lake in the dining room. I highly recommend visiting this shop.
An OK gift shop but a little on the spendy side and not a great verity of T-shirts.
The review is for the gift shop, we didn't buy anything in the cafe and can't say anything about it. We are on a road trip through Canada from east to west and have already visited four US National Parks on the way. In none of the many gift shops were the magnets as expensive as they were here ($9.99 for a magnet). They have a lot to choose from, but the prices for the magnets are far too expensive. No wonder the magnets were sold out in the visitor centers because they cost half as much. Of course we didn't buy a Magent for that price. Cheaper magnets are still available in Mazama Village.
Came here in early September 2024. Unfortunately the atmosphere was filled with haze/smoke from surrounding fires. The gift shop area had some nice souvenirs available. The food options were standard - good but nothing extra special. There's a second floor in the gift shop building that has a nice cozy area to eat and lounge around. Nobody was there during this trip. I think it may be more popular during winter. The restrooms are in a separate building and are simple but well kept.

We really enjoyed the hotdogs and the picknick tables outside. The cafeteria is next to the gift shop and offers many food and drink options.

Food was great as we got a variety of things for lunch here since the lodge was closed between 1030 and 1130 and we didn’t want to wait they reopen for lunch. Only issue was the fountain drinks as the taste was off, not sure if the syrup and water mixture not working or needed refilling but all flavours didn’t take right when we were there. Nice selections of gifts also as we picked up a few things including a nice T.

We didn't eat here we did Vista the gift shop after our rim tour
I got distracted and forgot my purse w my wallet on the back of a patio chair after having ice cream at the gift shop. Maria who was at the cashier found it and saved it for me to come pick up the next day! She was so kind and sweet about it! Big shout out to Maria and all the staff of the gift shop!! Thank you!! You saved the day!

This is a great place to visit for souvenirs and a amazing vista point of the lake. My only complaint is the cafe prices
