“Not all Subways are the same. Some are older and need remodeling, and some are new and everything looking pristine. But that's not all that we look for. It's the employees and how they interact with the customers and how they handle the food. Last Sunday evening, 10/13 at 4:10, I stopped in with my kids, and a young lady served us. She was very friendly and we talked about our kids and school. During that time, she made sure to dispose of any food items that didn't make it to the sandwiches as well as had a smile and kept the conversation going. It's employees like this that keep people coming back.

Parking: Wonderful service inside“

“It took awhile to get our food, and the food wraps are really, really thin on the burgers. Other than that it's a fantastic place, the food was fantastic, alot of fries, burger customization options and the drink machines also have so much selection. The customer service was quick and friendly, someone cleaning went out of there way to talk to me aside from my order being placed which only made it that much more inviting.“

“Oh my goodness, ain't was so impressed with Aylah! I have been to multiple fast food places--the main chains. None of them would do a lettuce wrap and at best gave me the essentials in a box that I would need to grease my fingers to eat.

I came into Carl's after a couple of years being here before. I am desperately following the Atkins diet and our circumstances called for a quick lunch. I prepared for the above experience.

When I asked for no bun, Aylah spoke up immediately and asked it I wanted that lettuce wrapped! I was floored and wanted to hug her. With excitement, I even ordered a second sandwich--lettuce wrapped.

You've definitely won a consistent customer. Great job and invite, Aylah! You made my whole day. 😀

“I mean, it's Arby's, but these days just having clean bathrooms, a lobby that isn't greasy and filthy and prompt courteous service is worth commenting on.

I liked my experience enough to ask for the manager, who was absolutely shocked when I told her how happy I was with the food and the service, I think she actually blushed.“

“Excellent pizza and salad options at reasonable prices. You can be very specific about your salad and pizza toppings without any additional charges. This makes it ideal for vegetarians and vegans. Pretty fast service, and a comfortable place to drink a beer while waiting for your takeout order.“

“The manager was in the process of shutting down and gave me alot of extra food for free! She told me that she doesn't like to throw food away. When you think of all the restaurants in town that have to throw left over food away. That could feed alot of needy people0 with minimal effort.“

The server Jaiden was very abrasive and got the order wrong in multiple ways. Not giving any Horsey Sauce and just giving me a Burger instead of the meal combo

Edit: I am very happy with the quick response from the owner, and the factor that a complaint was addressed in less than 24hr. I was also informed that Jaiden is quite new, so I hope your work goes well.“

“My husband had a Philly cheesesteak. It was amazing. They cooked fresh right in front of us and I had the club supreme which they slice the cheese and the meat fresh and then put it on our bread. It was so delicious and we got the Mike’s way when they add red vinegar and all the toppings. It was so delicious.“

“Cottagegrove has Super nice people/manager and delicious treats. I called and spoke with the manager about the cake selection and prices. She was very nice and happily answered all my questions. Great experience❤❤❤ I appreciated the nice professional manager (wish i had gotten her name)❤❤❤I tried to get it at the eugene lication first. The eugene dairyqueen was rude and unhelpful. They couldn't tell me if the cakes were made 3 weeks or last week. They said they think they keep them in the store for a month but could be longer. Not professional or happy to help my questions.“

“The manager on shift Leyla was awsome, she kept a safe environment while I dined and ensured my order was made correctly and quickly. Was very pleased to see her removing customers from the resturant due to actively using drugs inside the Taco Bell. No one wants to eat and inhale whatever these people use.

Parking: Well spaced spots, lots of room“

“Have to use the kiosk now, no counter service. But did find out you can change taco from chicken to beef. Was lunch time so they were busy. Maybe wait was 10 minutes.
Ate in. Bathrooms have a code to get in.

Parking: I'd say @15 spots for parking. No good parking for trailers or RVs, maybe about 4.“

“We visit Qdoba every few weeks thanks to good flavors and value for the dollar. We always get our order to go as the seating area is consistently unclean. However, the food prep areas (that we can see) are reasonably clean. Portion size is usually very good, but it really does depend greatly on who us preparing the order. At least a couple of times we've actually gone elsewhere when we saw a certain employee preparing orders as their finished product is literally 1/3 the size of usual orders, and once the tortilla got so torn up when they rolled the burrito, it effectively made the meal a "bowl in foil" that had to be eaten with a fork. As long as that one employee isn't making orders, everything is fine.“
