I have never had a bad experience with anyone at the Dallas location. Debra, Melanie and shay always makes sure your taken care of.
Went into Arby's on 11/23/2024 and it was not busy at all while I was at the establishment. Spoke to a worker to find out that who helped me was the manager and she had a chip on her shoulder and was very rude!! The food was good but that manager needs a heart to heart from the owners as you just don't treat people like that.
