This Polk county creamery delivers a high-end artisan ice cream experience right here in Salem. Clever and creative flavors enhance the amazing craft made sheep’s milk ice cream. What Konditerei does for cake, Dreamies does for ice cream. The dense portions, fine quality, and gourmet experience make it a value compared to chain ice cream shops. It is in The Forge bldg downtown Salem. Ewe will love it!
Great variety of ice cream made with sheep’s milk. What I really like is that it lactose free, and they have GF cones & brownies. The staff were very friendly. They offer free samples of each ice cream so you find a flavor you will like. The price for the amount of ice cream was good value. Seating is lined to a max of 4 people with 4 tables to sit.
