Ugo's Pizza Parlor Reviews
Service was good, employees were attentive and pleasant...
however the pizza itself was underwhelming. the crust was dry and crumbly and not much sauce. It just didn't have a whole lot of flavor... in short, it tasted very "frozen pizza" to us. We got a giant and a medium with the chicken and spuds. Chicken was ok and spuds were good
I guess for 75 bucks we expected more quality in the food
Second time ordering and they got it my order wrong again.

Ugo's Pizza Parlor is a decent pizza restaurant that has seen some changes, but still offers a satisfactory dining experience. While the pricing may be a bit higher, the service, attitudes, and overall experience are top-notch, making it a great choice for families and late-night diners. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with a small arcade section in the back, and they are quick to correct any mistakes in orders. Customers appreciate the generous toppings on the pizza and recommend giving Ugo's a try, especially for those craving pizza in the area. Recent visits have shown that the pizza is really yummy and one of the best in a while. The chicken and spuds are also highly praised, being very tasty and mouth-watering, though some say the spuds can be a little too done. Service is consistently amazing, whether dining in or ordering delivery, and those who enjoy spicy flavors are advised to try the jalapeno ranch. The timing from order to table is pretty good, and the arcade games add fun for kids. However, some find the place looks a bit gross, especially the bathrooms, which makes them want to use hand sanitizer after visiting. Despite this, many are willing to pay the higher prices because of the quality of the pizza.
