Sadly a terrible experience. They decided to cancel my reservation without notify me because they were able to make money off a larger party/event than my 10 person reservation. Very disappointing and would not recommend booking a reservation here for a special event, especially if you have out-of-state guests you’re making plans with (as was my case). I still can’t wrap my head around why anyone would give that kind of customer service OR why my email complaint was responded to within 30 business hours…I will continue to follow up until I hopefully get a response and have a positive comment to share as an update to this 1 star review ):

Amazing experience. So many great details at this winery.

This small boutique winery should be on your list when visiting Dundee Hills AVA.They serve only Pinot Noir. (Be prepared for the cost). With that being said, it is worth the price. They serve an espresso after your fabulous tasting, which is a bonus.

INCREDIBLE! The setting was stunning. Officially been converted to a red wine lover. Juan was super accommodating and we felt well taken care of.

This is one of our favorite Wineries and Tasting Rooms in the Willamette Valley. The wines are amazing. We have been going here for over ten years and I don't think I've tasted a wine I didn't like. The service is outstanding. The staff is extremely knowledgeable. We met Carla during our most recent trip to White Rose. She was great! I highly recommend visiting White Rose next time you are in the Willamette Valley.

The location was beautiful, the staff was attentive and nice...unfortunately, the wine was horrible. First of all, they charged $45 for a 3 wine tasting. Two of the wines were the cheapest ones on their menu and the third was a vintage wine that was pricey but literally undrinkable. It was a Pinot that they admitted they "didn't like" the first couple years after bottling but they let it age and it improved. I beg to differ. It tasted like wine that had gone bad, like vinegar, and it had a strange orange hue. The other 2 wines were better by comparison but far from good, and the price point on all was ridiculously high. Do not waste your time or money coming here, you will regret it. By comparison, the Domaine Serene tasting had excellent wines across the board and more of them for a lower fee.

Spectacular views, decent and pricey wine but very rude and unprofessional staff. We are a young family and enjoy great wineries and they sold us on the membership saying that we can do picnic and bring kids. When we actually called in to make a reservation last couple of times, they kept making all sorts of excuses and we had to cancel on our guests we had specially invited for their anniversary. Will be better if they will be honest about their policies and publish it on their site or may be they just discriminate based on where you are from …. God knows

This was a wonderful experience. Loved being served by Dago so he gets an extra shout out but everyone was very friendly and really went out of their way to ensure we had a fabulous and educational time.

We loved our tasting at White Rose. Dago and Juan were so delightful and personable, and of course, knowledgeable! The wine was delicious and we will definitely be back to the beautiful setting.

A piece of heaven! We were so happy we chose white rose estate. Driving up to the tasting room was jaw-dropping, the views were spectacular. What really makes this place was the service, Jacob, Juan, and Dago were so down to earth and each really pulled out all the stops for us. We mentioned we didn’t drink espresso and Dago used special loose leaf tea, taking time when it was busy to brew some for us. Blown away.
