Bad customer service all around from the two girls working. Went down the street to Bigfoots beach house for better service and coffee. Won’t be going back.

If you're looking to grab a quick drink and food, this is not the place. Came early on a Saturday morning and waited 30 minutes for three drinks, a quiche and an oatmeal.

Our food order was forgotten, the quiche heated up then left on their side of the counter. Only after I asked about our food did the two working remember that it was there. The people before us waited a very long time, and they received apologies, except for me, possibly because I asked where our food was.

They have an electronic ordering system, which the barista didn't seem to use. Considering how busy it was, the two workers worked with little haste.

Arch Rock has a welcoming atmosphere and whether you are a first timer or a seasoned veteran, you always feel welcomed and appreciated.

Parking: There is parking usually open directly in front of Arch Rock but if those are full, it will be worth your time to find another spot.

This is almost certainly the best coffee shop in Depoe Bay. Best coffee, great options for a quick bite breakfast and an amazing atmosphere. This will be my go to for every stop in the future.

We have been coming here for almost 2 years and today is the last time. When we first starting going the younger people working were kind and orders came out correctly. We keep coming back because we were hoping the older lady was just having an off day(s), but after today, we will no longer return. She was beyond rude and made me want to leave immediately after ordering. We will now spend our money at LEFT COAST coffee. How disappointing that someone can have such a bad attitude that their coffee tastes bad too.

I love breakfast sandwiches and Arch Rock serves up the best on the Oregon Coast. Delicious coffee and an outstanding view.

Food was okay. Coffee was less than okay. Service wasn't terrible but definitely not memorable. The plants are the highlight of this place and if that's not your cup of tea, I'd recommend going to Left Coast or Pirate coffee instead..The sausage egg and cheddar sandwich was served on a slightly tough biscuit instead of a croissant as stated but still not bad. My blended drink however had the potency of basic drip coffee and I had to keep asking the girl to add espresso shots and eventually just left unsatisfied feeling like my at home espresso machine/blender can make a much better drink. Also, BEWARE if you are heat sensitive and plan to visit this establishment. At 8AM (on a late march day) the temp inside had to be pushing 80 plus degrees. It was downright uncomfortable while only wearing a thin rain jacket. Upon leaving my BF joked that the extreme heat is how the barrista keeps people from hanging around too long inside the store and if that were the truth I wouldn't be totally surprised lol. She was never rude persay but not what most would consider "friendly".**Photo is of tiny 2 inch planter sign we bought but had I know it was $6.00 before it was rang it up I probably would have passed on it just like the $30 plus dollar odd shaped metal scissors I looked at.

Kid-friendliness: Keep a look out for plants with high toxicity levels while visiting!

Stopped in for a coffee. I'm in love with the whale wall paper.
