I got the shrimp skewers and shrimp poboy, my fiance got the fish and chips! let me first say I don't go and give many reviews like this. But the batter they use along with the perfect amount of cook time there was on EVERYTHING.... WAS PERFECT. Oh and the cook was having an issue with the fryers and still did great. I gave an extra tip after tasting the food solely on how perfect the food was prepared. Again I don't give reviews like this easily. To end this review it was a very busy day, as the weather was perfect, and they made a new local a customer.

Small place but the food was DELICIOUS!!! Loved the fresh fried fish! Large portions of the fish and chips, we could've split one order.

This place is awesome. My wife got fish and chips and I got a shrimp po boy. Both were the best that I’ve ever had. So good we went back the next day for lunch. What a awesome place.

Came across this hole in the wall place on FB feed. Decided to try it out with the family . We got over there at opening time and ordered and sat inside this lil place. The person at the front part was absolutely amazing 👏. I told him it was our first time and he genuinely guided us through. I ordered the Cod po boy sandwich and the wife ordered salmon and last both kids had chicken strip n frys .there food was absolutely amazing and hands down best so far in depo bay. THE FOOD PORTION WAS HUGE lots of food for a small price.

Great fish and chips. The service was fantastic! Great spot in the middle of Depoe bay. Nice grab and go.

Huge portions served hot. The sauces appear to be hand made—the tartar sauce is unique and also tasty. Enormous quantities of fries. A couple could split this easily. For $15 it’s a super economical meal. If you like a heavy beer batter like I do, this is a great spot!

Heard about the Fish there. Drove from Seaside to Depot Bay. It was so worth the time. Staff very friendly and food was better than I could have imagined. Very excellent ran establishment!

Waiting for our whale watching tour I needed something to eat quick. Ordered the chowder and the Salmon Poboy. Both we ready quickly and both were fantastic! I would fly back to Oregon just for that sandwich!

Restaurant Review – The Sticks, Depoe Bay

We recently visited The Sticks in Depoe Bay and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.

The clam chowder was quite good and probably the highlight of the meal. The fish and chips were just okay—nothing special. However, the potatoes on a stick were very poorly done and not enjoyable at all.

What really made the experience unpleasant was the service. The staff member we interacted with made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout our visit.

Because of the food quality and the uninviting atmosphere, we won’t be returning.

Our first time here didn't disappoint! The halibut fish and chips are wonderful. Delicious coating without being too much! Salmon and chips was my husband's favorite. The spiral potato on a stick thing is delicious! Will definitely be coming back!

We had the Halibut Fish and Chips, Salmon Fish and Chips, and a cup of chowder.

Everything was excellent. The clam chowder in particular was the best we have ever had.

10/10 will eat here again

My mom and I stopped in on a whim on our annual girls getaway. Was NOT disappointed! Food was great! Service was great! Will be going back here again for sure!!!!

Their fish is great. As I do not care for the chips, I would like to see sweet potato fries on the menu, also salmon chowder as well as the clam chowder now offered.

A great pick for a quick lunch before our whale tour. A cute little spot to grab fish on a stick or a po boy! Nothing fancy but perfect for a snack by the bay!

p.s. don’t pass on the potato on a stick combo!
