What an utter delight! In looking for a smaller winery to visit, we were so lucky to have discovered Élevée, tucked away in the hills.With a beautiful garden and a sweet canine greeter, we tasted marvellous Pinots, and a Grüner Veltliner(?!) in a quiet, almost hidden garden. It's such a treat to be able to speak directly with the wine makers and France proved that true again. I learned about the history of their journey into winemaking and how so many elements - slope, soil, wildfire smoke - contribute to the terroir of each vintage. We thoroughly enjoyed what we tasted, particularly the 2017 Pinot. A delicious gem.This was truly the most delightful tasting of our self-guided tasting tour. A+. Highly recommend. Will visit again!

My fiancé and I just had an amazing tasting experience here! Tom and France were great hosts. We loved hearing about their wine making journey and details about each wine we tasted. They had an interesting selection of white wines in addition to Pinot noir. The wines were delicious and we grabbed some bottles of our favorites to take with us. One of our favorite tasting experiences ever!

Unpretentious with wonderful wine! We stopped here on a whim, and they were able to get us in for a reservation in the same day a few minutes out. Beautiful location with lots of outdoor seating. We sat in their greenhouse, which was quite nice. The owners were the ones that served us. They were friendly without being intrusive. Highly recommend!

The wines are great, owners Tom & France are awesome, the tasting room is intimate and nice, the outdoor patio seating and garden area are beautiful...but the best part is their Bernese Mtn. Dog puppy, Four!

We decided to stop at Elevee on a random drive to Dundee when we ran into a little car trouble. We made it to the tasting room were the owners were amazingly helpful and let us wait for a truck to help us out. We enjoyed a tasting while waiting which was lovely. They showcase four different Pinot noir's from the same clone but from different locations. It was an amazing chance to see how terroir really changes a wine. And the view and terrace area are lovely, I can't recommend it enough.

Our favorite winery to visit in Oregon!! Stunning garden and views, really sweet husband and wife owners, a cute dog, and very good wine. Rose and 2015 Pinot were my favorites. It’s tiny and not commercial like some of the other wineries in the area, highly recommend you visit!
