Food was okay but the service was a mess. The whole place felt super chaotic, like no one knew what they were doing. They mixed up our order with the table next to us and literally gave our food to them. On top of that, they forgot one of the items we ordered. The whole ordering system was confusing too only one menu to write on and one to look at, which made no sense.

I usually order sushi by the roll and I went in there and the worker who was taking my order didn’t know what I was talking about and kept trying to get me to buy by the plate. He needs more training because I just took my business somewhere else I’m not going to argue over food.

Love going here with my friends! The food is always so good, and the staff is always so nice! Much more affordable than other sushi places and a great deal considering the high quality of the ingredients!! There’s not as many vegetarian options as I’d prefer however the asparagus roll is SO so good! The service is quick and the atmosphere is nice and it’s right downtown! Plenty of street parking and pay-to-park lots within a block of here!

There was nothing on the conveyor belt at the height of dinner hour. We ordered and saw that all the nigiri fish is precut from the fridge in plastic wrap. They also just microwaved the eel in front of us and slapped it on machine molded rice 😬😬😬. The Spider Roll was essentially just a California roll cause it was basically devoid of any decernable crab. Despite all these shortcuts, they were unable to keep even basic rolls on the belt and didn't receive any direction from management. Kudos to the great server who was trying to manage the whole restaurant. This is the first and last time I'll go there.

Awesome Sushi bar! Everything was delicious, and the sushi was fresh. all of the staff was very friendly, and welcoming. Sushi, and Miso soup were very delicious. I wish I would've caught the name of the Woman, and young man there, but they were absolutely amazing and very friendly. 10/10 would recommend and go back next time we are in Eugene.

I don’t think I will be back. I wasn’t impressed. Tried a variety of rolls and all were relatively bland and the drink I got was not very good.
