The food was good, but the service was seriously lacking. The server was not personable and we had to ask and flag down our waiter several times for water, and hot sauce. We really felt like the server did not want to be there and never came back to check in on us. The chairs were really uncomfortable as well! We would not come back.

Friendly service and good food but the chairs are THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE CHAIRS that are manufactured in this day and age- a) metal is not comfortable to sit on - b) if you are tall, fat, pregnant or otherwise have the hips of a normal sized human, the backs on these chairs are the most uncomfortable part where the metal sides dig into your legs and butt - the tall versions are a special kind of hell

I didn’t expect a place with “bar and grill” in the name—football blaring from every TV—to require a reservation, but we were asked about one three different times despite several open tables. After a couple trips to “check with someone,” and even an attempt to seat an elderly guest at a bar table, we were eventually placed next to the restrooms while six other tables sat empty, four of which were still open when we left. The food was truly fantastic and our server was pleasant once we were settled, but the seating process felt unnecessarily rigid for a loud sports bar. Great meal, just not the most welcoming experience.

$22 for a hand full of fries and a few bites of fish is ridiculous.

I have gotten food from here so many times that it wouldn't be right for me to not give an honest review and a shout out to this place. Every single time I have ever ordered from them, it's incredible, delicious, full of flavor and you can tell it was made with love and some conviction. The Cajun chicken pasta is my favorite dish, maybe of any place, ever. Perfectly balanced with a little spice, charred grilled perfectly seasoned moist chicken, cherry tomatoes, and the grilled sourdough bread is a great addition. I also love the steak frites, insane flavor profile, and the arugula with blue cheese and the sauce they put on it, sheesh. So damn good. I could eat those two things for my entire life and feel like a spoiled king. Their house burgers are also very good. I should probably explore the menu more as I'm sure everything is amazing here, but I just love those first two dishes so much that it's hard not to order them. If you like Cajun seasoning with a tiny bit of spice, not overpowering, you will love this dish. The sauce the pasta is cooked in is so rich and creamy, just *chef's kiss* amazing. I havent found a single other place in eugene or springfield that even comes close and I've lived here as a foodie for 35 years.

Thank you for making your food something to look forward to after a hard days work. I've also never been able to finish it all in one sitting and it doesn't lose any of its quality after a day or two in the fridge. Warmed up for 30 seconds in the microwave and it's still amazing as leftovers. Literally just finished mine from yesterday dinner. Thank you!

AWFUL SERVICE. Half the restaurant with seats open and 4 groups waiting at the door. Stood there for 10 minutes with zero acknowledgement with the rest of the groups. We left with others.
