Their gluten-free pizza is the best I've had in Eugene and I wanted to order delivery but I was confused about an incorrect charge made on Doordash order and the restaurant could not do anything to change it. Because I ordered through Doordash, the restaurant could only tell me to ask for a refund. The food was made and I was charged excessively, but Doordash canceled delivery. The restaurant said I could pickup the food but it took me too long to bike there and the pizza was thrown away, it was old at that point. This was a negative review and I felt defeated but Abby's replied to me immediately to help me to fix Doordash's mistake.

Military discount given here - they are way back in the parking lot - added anchovies no problem - just a little salty but that happens - I think Florence is just a little better but I did take out so - my go to pizza place in Oregon

It's been decades since I've eaten at an Abby's and I was so excited! We got several pizzas, cheese bread sticks, a turkey bacon sandwich, and the cinnamon twists. They were pretty good but I was really disappointed in the lack of cheese on the pizza even after paying more for extra cheese.

The air handler on the ceiling was leaking. Massively. There was a huge puddle of water on the floor and my infant and multiple people in our party had this disgusting rusty water drip on them. It’s certainly not the environment you want to eat food in.

I took my 87 yr old mom with dementia here for one thing she still remembers foundly..Chicken and spuds. She LLOVEESS her some ABBYS..and I take her as often as I can... The Lady working was super nice. A prep employee was just leaving, he was super friendly.. We LOVED our day trip. Thank you Abbys!!!!!

Abby's Pizza is a slice of heaven in a world of ordinary pies. They really, consistently have the best pizza in town. My old favorite was Papas, but the quality and friendliness have seemed to go downhill there. So now we always get Abbys everytime now for takeout or dining in. Love the atmosphere there, it's got that good old classic feel that reminds me of when I was a kid, but not to old or run down. They take great care of the place! The Video Lottery is also a great perk, I always seem to come out a little ahead there. :) so I be sure to leave a good tip too! Too many places expect tips now days for doing nothing but I feel like the Abbys staff actually deserves tips for they're outstanding work! They definitely got my family and myself hooked for life! Can't wait until the next time! Keep up the great work guys! Thank You!

I have been coming to Abby's Pizza for 45 years. From Medford to Grants Pass then to Eugene. The Pizza and Chicken N Potatoes are always the same, great consistency, Flavor , Service is fantastic everywhere.
