The crust was cracker thin not cooked it was raw. Little to no sauce and little to no cheese. NEVER EATING THERE AGAIN WILL ALSO TELL FRIENDS AND CO WORKERS THE SAME. MY EXPERIENCE SUCKED! After they so called made my pizza left it setting while I waited.

I traveled all over the US. I believe they have the best pizza ever for what I like!. Thin crust, pepperoni, and black olives. They don't skimp on any topping!!! I can't say I've been to every Abbey's. (but been too many with similar experience), but the one off of River Road in Eugene, Oregon is to die for. It's my first and last place to eat when visiting family in Eugene!!! It's been super great since I was 19 years old, and I'm now 64. Unfortunately, I haven't lived there that entire time. Joined Navy, now live in Michigan (damn work that pays the bills...I mean not being able to live in Eugene area anymore for the pizza, not the company for which I work). If you ever get the chance to visit the River Road Abbey's you can send me the bill if you can't fine something that you think is amazing.

Been ordering pizza from Echo Hollow for 8 years and there are times when I wonder what they are thinking. This evening my wife and I ordered half taco with extra tomato and got no tomatoes at all and no taco sauce!! Very disappointed. We call and they offer free extra tomatoes for the next 2 orders. Sorry but for the price of the pizza alone and the great tips we always leave that response was a slap in the face!

I love that they still do the kids free pizza on Halloween. The River Rd location is always super chill. We went early, so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. Great service, yummy pepperoni pizza, and an awesome game of Uno with my grandson was a fun way to start our Halloween festivities.

I am over this place and that makes me sad. Abby’s has been an institution in the Santa Clara area for decades. My most recent experience is as follows. I ordered one pizza for pick up and the person on the phone said it would be ready in 25-30 minutes I showed up 25 minutes later and payed the bill. At that time the person said it would be 20 more minutes. I was frustrated but said ok and went and sat down to wait for them to call my name. 40 minutes later i went to the counter to ask them how much longer my pizza would be they asked my name I told them and they went to the oven and my pizza was sitting on the top of the oven. I asked how long has it been ready and they had no idea. So I am very frustrated and this is not the first debacle from this place. So unfortunately at this point they have lost a long time customer

Delicious pizza. Friendly staff. Visited the Abbys Pizza in Newport,OR. Wish they had locations in Traverse City, MI. Will definitely stop in again when I visit.
Their gluten-free pizza is the best I've had in Eugene and I wanted to order delivery but I was confused about an incorrect charge made on Doordash order and the restaurant could not do anything to change it. Because I ordered through Doordash, the restaurant could only tell me to ask for a refund. The food was made and I was charged excessively, but Doordash canceled delivery. The restaurant said I could pickup the food but it took me too long to bike there and the pizza was thrown away, it was old at that point. This was a negative review and I felt defeated but Abby's replied to me immediately to help me to fix Doordash's mistake.
