I ordered a salad, and it was awesome. I am picky, and they left off what I didn't like without giving me grief like most places. The pizza was great also. It had lots of meats and cheese on it. Everyone at the table commented about the pizza.

We just got home after traveling all day and didn’t want to cook so we ordered our favorite pizza, Home town Hero. We had it delivered and it was amazing and arrived very quickly also! It made our long day so much better. They also included several containers of sauce, red peppers, and cheese!

I ordered a mini Hometown Hero, my husband ordered a pepperoni, and my daughter ordered the Skinny. My pizza was baked just how I like it - a crispy crust and soft inside. The staff was friendly, the tables were clean. We went during lunch, but even with 5+ high school kids ahead of us in line, we still received our pizzas in a timely manner.

Just went recently ordered a salad and pizza and had a giant chunk of the packaging that the salad was in inside my salad told the cashier and she was basically like oh oops my bad I'm sorry that didn't even give us plates and when I asked for some they gave me literally 2 paper thin paper plates and that's it! Two years ago I wrote a review of this place giving it 5 stars idk what happened to this place but it seems like it's going down hill
Old school pizza that resembles Round Table a little (at least that's what the crust gives way). They use good quality cheese and toppings. Highly recommend a plain cheese pie; best way to enjoy their very good crust and mild sauce. Great retro vibes and excellent service at this location.

Visiting from Las Vegas! My wife grew up in Oregon and so every time we visit we stop at Abby's for the Spud potatoes, salad, and pizza! We only make it every year or so but we're never disappointed!!

Ordered a giant pizza, large pizza, large spud, and bread sticks on-line for a 6:45 pick up. That allowed Abby’s 1.5 hours to get my order ready. I arrived at 6:42 and my order was not ready. I was told it just went in the oven and it would be done in 6 minutes. At 7:02 they had not called my name, so I went back to the counter to see if it was done. The cashier (Ocean) was stressed out because the crew was short handed, and she was LESS than friendly. She looked around and finally found my (2) pizzas and spuds, and said they would need to make the bread sticks. I’m told her to refund my debit card for the bread sticks as I wasn’t waiting any longer. Abby’s used to be the go to place when I was growing up in Roseburg. I worked for them as a teenager and there were times we were busy, but we rarely messed up an order and the staff was always friendly. Guess their business model has changed since then😕
Follow up to my previous review since Abby’s replied to it. Although I appreciate their reply, if they truly cared about customer service they would have looked up my order in their system by my name. My phone number is associated with my name in their system, so they could have called me to follow up on the poor service I received if they truly wanted to. Don’t let their “Lip Service” reply to my review fool you. It’s obvious they don’t care about customer service, and they only posted their reply to offset the poor review I left to warn others. I realize my $90 order is just a drop in the bucket of their business, but they have proved they no longer care about their customers and will not be receiving any future business from me.
