Vegan options! Cool cart, genuine and friendly owners.
The green curry stir fry and the yakisoba are both REALLY good, the curry sauce is made from scratch and doesn't contain shrimp etc. Their tofu is cooked pretty well, good texture not soggy. There's 2 or 3 other dishes that can be made vegan, just let them know you want it vegan and they'll omit the oyster sauce etc.

Today, I had the Pad Thai, made with yacasoba noodles, and it was AMAZING! As always, very happy and considerate folks that run this truck, I would a d will recommend this spot to anyone !!
