Went and ordered a burger with fries, took forever for the order to come out and the burger patty not only tasted horrible, but it wasnt cooked all the way to where still pink and cold. Disgusting

Today is sun Aug 31 labor day weekend. We waited 30 min for our food that I ordered online. What i didn't understand was they weren't even busy. The food was hot and fresh but that wait was ridiculous.

the parking lot is different to me. but the foods always good. price is affordable in this day and time. cashier was nice guy. my pops and I had to get a tow and we had to push our car back and the guy from the kitchen caming running over to help. super grateful.

Not impressed by their customer service then I called to complain and the lady that did the drive-through said that she was the manager and that she didn’t. She didn’t realize that she was being rude. I didn’t appreciate her being rude to my mom and her customer skills suck. She definitely shouldn’t be a manager if she is one. If your gonna be in the costumer services then you should put on a fake smile and act happy for 5 minutes and do ur job.

I went through the drive-thru and my car was nearly swallowed by a giant pothole. There is no way to go around it. Then my sandwich was luke warm and the bread was soggy. I was pretty bummed.

This is the 2nd time getting the French dip and get home to no aju sauce and when I called no resolution like hey next time u come in we will make it right and you people think you deserve $25 an hour pffff
