I went through the drive-thru and my car was nearly swallowed by a giant pothole. There is no way to go around it. Then my sandwich was luke warm and the bread was soggy. I was pretty bummed.

Just Can't believe how salty the chicken straps are. Very nice big white chicken breast peices, breading is crunchy but not too thick. Just so much salt! Needs at least 50%less salt. Won't order those anymore

I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes with ONE PERSON ahead of me! What in the world could be causing this!?!? I get that good help is hard to find, but just the gas alone, not counting my time was not even close to being worth this!

I had a beef and cedar. The true classic. The bread tasted off though. Not sure if it's just been too long since I've eaten at an Arby's or what. The sandwich was still good mind you, but I could tell that something tasted maybe stale or something about the bread.
You ever just pull in and order. And you get two for one price. I love when that happens!

Arby’s beef and cheddar instead of giving me their cheddar cheese, which is usually creamy they slapped a slice of greasy cheddar on top of my sandwich. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen you can tell how greasy is. There was no creamy cheddar at all with my beef cheddar sandwich it’s like they really didn’t care what they threw in the bag. The bread was stale and completely wrecked my lunch do better Arby’s. This is disgusting.
