I want to preface this with saying the staff here are so lovely and they have a lovely food truck and a great store. With that being said, I was very excited to try this place and have had it saved on my list for a while. We got the butter chicken, chilli chicken, and a vegetable pakora dish (I forgot the name).
The butter chicken was so bland. I mean it had absolutely no flavor and the chicken was very dry. The chilli chicken was fine. It had better flavor and had a fantastic spice. It was still not something I would go back for but it was enjoyed. The vegetable pakora curry had a tasty sourness too it and was very creamy. It was tasty and whilst still not something I would go back for, it was still good.
Additionally, we were told our wait would be about 20-25 minutes and we waited a full hour for our food :/
Overall, I was quite disappointed. I feel like this place has very good reviews and I don’t believe they fully reflect the true quality of this place.
We did try this in winter and I do realise that food trucks are far more popular in summer so perhaps I will give it another shot sometime then.

I arrived 15 minutes to closing and she couldn't have been more wonderful! I got the last two samosa Chat and they were delicious! I will definitely return earlier in the day and sample more of the amazing food on offer at Authentic Indian Food.

An amazing spot to get authentic Indian food. I’ve tried a lot of Indian food over the years and this one is hands down one of my favorites. Great flavor prepared by such a nice and generous woman. She let me sample what I was getting and make sure the spice level was to my preference and then adjusted things as we talked about it. By far a must eat place if you’re feeling adventurous or just love Indian food like I do!

Drove all the way here and it was 640 pm. Nobody around. When i went inside the store i was told they were closed because it was too close to 7 pm. Bad business. Drove all the way here to find out they closed early. Close at 630 or earlier if tour not going to honor the hours you have posted. Time is money plus the gas i spent to drive here. The owner of the store just made excuses. Thats the way it is she told me. Obviously they dont care about customers. Never going here again. SORRY BUT NOT SORRY YOU LOST MY BUSINESS. Hopefully this is a learning lesson for this business. I own several businesses and i would never treat my customers like this. I will actually stay open later if somebyealls in 5 minutes before closing. Remember this is America. I can go somewhere else who wants my money. Hard times are coming.

This is the best Indian food i’ve ever had. The service is amazing and the flavor is even better. If you want the food spicy, ask for it and you won’t be disappointed.

I don't understand the the good reviews about this place. The food is not even close to authentic and I got sick after eating it. The drinks tasted expired. The service is not even very good consider they force you to pay tips, even though it is a takeout place. The only reason this place get 2 stars instead of 1 is the portion is large and the rice is passable. I don't recommend coming here.
