DO NOT EAT HERE!! They have RATS!! My first and last experience with this company and I am completely disgusted!! While ordering food I seen RATS AND RAT DROPPINGS! From what I know they ship out to local businesses such as Human Bean as well!!

Closed earlier than posted hours, this is the third time this has happened.
(2/16 edit a month later): AGAIN closed an hour early, not an employee in sight! Very disappointing that you guys close on random hours, a big letdown to drive across town and have to turn around because you guys are constantly “sold out”

Not sure what happened. Place has gone down hill big time. It’s dirty and just doesn’t feel good anymore. Bathroom was filthy, napkin dispenser was empty and there was two rolls of papertowels ON THE GROUND, bits of toilet paper everywhere and the toilet was dirty..
I’ll assume they let non customers use the bathroom due to some liberal policy. Stick to your rules and don’t let street kids and meth addicts use the restroom us paying customers need to use. Same thing with the homeless problem, we need more tuff rules, not less or this sort of thing happens. If you make a rule, stick to it, whether that’s no non paying customers in the restroom or even employee rules for monitoring the cleanliness.
Edit: got back to work only to realize they messed up my order. I asked for the pearl. No substitutes or removal of anything, just ordered as is. What did I get. No tomatoes or onions just cream cheese (too much at that) capers (wayyy to much) and fatty salmon (not enough).. dude, what the actually heck is going on over there!

The bagels are delicious and fresh. The prepared bagels and sandwiches are wonderful; the pearl is my favorite. The Mexican mocha is surprisingly spicy but delicious. You can't go wrong with anything on their menu. The service is speedy but not always the friendliest, but they're not rude either.

‘The bagel are great but the customer service is not. I bought a bakers dozen to bring home to the coast and found they were all thrown together in a paper bag. I called them about this and the person who answered was very rude. Apparently, it was “up to me” to ask they be bagged, when I suggested maybe they should ask I was told they don’t do that and then she hung up. In the past my bagels were bagged in sleeves.
Food is a great alternative to normal lunch options and very tasty. Their service isn't so great. Three different times they have forgotten to make my order. I usually order a melt and I have been there for an hour trying to get a quick lunch. Staff seems unorganized and unmotivated to serve. I hope it improves because it is a good lunch option close to my office.
