Call-in orders are always ready when I get there and the food always is so good. The Turkey Pesto Melt is my go-to everytime, and their other sandwiches are just as good.

Great bagels, good staff, but it is offensive to charge $12 for airport food… My turkey sandwich has about $1.50 Worth of ingredients or less. They would make a great profit, selling a six dollar sandwich for six dollars! GMO vegetables, thin and tasteless turkey, with the majority of the food being the ciabatta bread, actually taste worse than airport food and should not be charged double of a reasonable price.

Wonderful food! I usually get a bagel sandwich and the produce is always very fresh, bagels are handmade and delicious. Great place to stay and eat, fast service if you are looking for something to go.

Unfortunately had a very long wait here, 45 minutes of waiting, for one bagel with cream cheese and one bagel sandwich. Disappointed in the price for quality of the food. The lady, (short blonde hair and ear gauges) working the cashier stand and making bagels was rude and said it would be a 15 minute wait.

Great dine in Quickstep for coffee and bagels in the
Delicious bagels. I buy them in the grocery store all the time. However I went to the location and they charge 3.25 to put cream cheese on a bagel. Like, how is that reasonable?Tldr: Weird pricing in the shops but the product is great.

I work a very demanding job that has me out delivering in all weather 12 hrs a day 6 days a week. This bagel sphere is a bright shining light in the middle of my day. The employees are so kind and the bagels are so good ! They all know my name and make me feel so welcome. I hope the owner knows how great of a staff they have!

Good bagels. Made fresh everyday . Small place to have lunch. Behind the counter you can see everyone making the bagels. I'm there every week. The parking is on the small side. Maybe 6 slots. One spot for handicap.
