“An elderly lady was stranded after Ride Source left without her. Will and his son let her stay in the cafe long after closing while she waited to be picked up. They were very kind and considerate. It's good to know there are still good humans out there.“

“This building is a centerpiece of the campus, and going up inside has its own great views. Plenty of space to hang out inside, plus there is an outdoor balcony on the back side. Quiet spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of students moving from class to class.“

“Approximately two weeks before Christmas I wanted to purchase a few gifts cards and went to this location to do so. I was so impressed with the customer service I received there. Although they were busy, I was immediately greeted and consistently acknowledged.
There were only two employees working at that time and their teamwork and work pace was impressive. When the time came to make my gift card purchase, the employee helping me was unsure of how to proceed and she wanted to check with her “manager” (which I appreciated)
What was the most impressive to me was how they interacted through that. The employee was so nice and her manager was calm and so kind. I really appreciated the situation and how it was handled. As a customer, little things like this aren’t really little, they are big.
Kudos to them both and a special acknowledgment to Connor.
