I might just be having bad luck every time I come here but I haven’t yet had a good experience with the food :< the wontons are okay, but I ordered the soup as well and it was pretty much just water and cracked pepper. I’d try it one more time, three times the charm ?

Everything about this place is a 10/10!! We got the mushroom chicken fried noodles, curry baos, and green beans and they were all DELICIOUS! They even gave us a free large bowl of egg drop soup due to having to wait (less than 5 mins) to be seated for our reservation!! Everything came out quick and service was great! It was also such a cozy vibe, thank you :)

The food here was great, especially the veggie bao. The service was friendly and attentive. I’m looking to come back for their fantastic looking happy hour on beer and dumplings.

Omg this best restaurant in Eugene and is 100% a must try!
You can tell the owner/worker take so much pride in their food! Everything we had was delicious. The pork baos, the wonton in chili oil , the chicken noodles and the hot and sour soup was better than any I've had before. I am looking forward to my next visit!

My daughter (5th grader) and I tried this restaurant for the first time. Having come from the San Francisco Bay area, I have tried a lot of good dim sum, and this one ranked among the best I have had for awhile, and my daughter agreed. She loved the fried won ton and dumplings off their happy hour menu. We are looking forward to trying other options another day!

Great service, portions, and food. I had the bao buns and the noodles, and they tasted just like the restaurants at home. The broth was sooo good. What an amazing find, and I will surely come back if I visit Eugene again

Bao Bao House is honestly such a comfort spot for me. Their dumplings are juicy and flavorful, the kind that make you stop talking mid-sentence because you just need a moment. The baos are super soft and satisfying, and their mapo tofu is exactly the kind of warm, spicy, slightly numbing goodness I crave on a long day.
It’s one of those places you walk out of already thinking about what you’re going to order next time.

Pretty decent dumplings. Beef noodle soup was so so—very tough meat, not braised long enough.
