Absolutely delicious. Gluten free versions are just as delicious as original I’m sure. Oh yeah, they have gluten free options!! The ambiance was friendly and easy going. Perfect date place or intimate with friends and family! I’d recommend the stuffed mushrooms and any of the pizza.
Excellent Italian meal. Our waitress (Kenzie) did a superb job. Steamer clams appetizer …. the best we can recall, served with perfect garlic toast! Pasta main dishes, fettuccine and scampi, we enjoyed.very much. Specialty cocktails, different and very tasty. Recommend!
Great food, good service. Busy as usual. I recommend making a reservation. I did so via email through the website, as they are closed Monday and Tuesday. I got a prompt response and the table I requested.
The atmosphere presented itself well in spite of the very questionable area and the staff was polite. While the pizza tasted good enough the crust could have been crisper. It was a bit on the humid side. The salad had way too much vinegar. Much too much. But I was not happy when I got the billing. I had asked for a couple pieces of bread to go with the salad and was charged $4+ ....not doing this again....
A hidden gem!I found Bari Trattoria by accident as I was walking through the Whiteaker district.Amazing Italian food and drinks and the service was excellent. My server was Kenzie and she was very attentive even though I was a single diner. The inside ambiance was very classy and relaxed and it was the perfect end to a long day. And then to top it all off, a friendly little cat friend walked through the door as I was leaving!
Had reservations on the outside deck. Very comfortable atmosphere. Waitress was pleasant and efficient. The four of us had a salad that was very good. We all had wine which was enjoyable. The meals ordered were chicken Parmesan and shrimp scampi. The shrimp scampi was reported to be tasty. The chicken Parmesan was rated as good. My suggestions would be (1)less spaghetti noodles with the chicken Parmesan; they were a bit bland and more broccoli-a bit noodle heavy. Also a Chardonnay should be available as opposed to just a pino gris. All in all an enjoyable evening accented by a pleasant waitress. Nice summer atmosphere, attentive waitress and decent meal. Will most likely return. Would like to be able to say the meal was great rather than just good.JJ
I’ve taken family visiting from out of town for dinner here a few times and everyone has always been very happy with their meals, the service and the lovely patio. I highly recommend the lasagna.
This place was so disappointing. It has a very beautiful outdoor setting, and while our waitress was a nice lady, our food was definitely not worth what we paid for. The crostini that we ordered as an appetizer was so small, it felt like it was an appetizer for the actual appetizer. And while that was actually delicious, The rest of the food that we ordered Was very very subpar And tasted as if they had opened up frozen meals in the back and dumped them on our plate. I ordered a piece of tiramisu for dessert and it was also super disappointing. Overall felt like it was not worth the $100 we spent for the two of us...
My wife and I tried Bari Trattoria for our first time tonight. If not for the superb waitress, I would have left a 1 start review. Our waitress was amazing and worked hard to rectify everything when she saw the meal was disappointing. We had the special which was a mushroom ravioli. It tasted alright but it was so small. I mean so small. I finished it in 6 bites. The meal was 5 raviolis with some veggies on top. It was not worth $23 and I left hungry. Total let down. The waitress was extremely kind and brought out a salad to compensate. And she didn’t charge us for the dish, so I have to respect that.If not for the amazing waitress, Bari trattoria would have been a big disappointment. Big props to the waitress. I hope the shop gets their portion sizes figured out.
Have only eaten here twice. First time ordered a basic spaghetti and it was SO tomatoey I didn't enjoy it. Second time, I went a different route and enjoyed it. The desserts were quite disappointing. The description didn't include a mocha component and all she could taste was coffee instead of chocolate cake. My dessert was good, but really dinky. So far, a mixed bag.

I am giving 3 stars for the great ambiance and appetizers ( we had the wood fired olives and the arancini). But the pizza and pasta were subpar. The pesto Liguria was over cooked with the pesto tasting bland. The cheese on the Margherita pizza was not good quality and tasted rubbery. Disappointed and will not return.
Excellent Italian food. My family shared the bruschetta and it was amazing. They also have a fun drink menu and outdoor dining space. All our main dishes were delicious.
This place is top shelf. The food here is so incredible the cooking staff really know what they're doing. They have fantastic drinks they have fantastic dinner specials the atmosphere is great this is some place you would go for a nicer dinner anniversary birthday etc
I was here a few years back pre-covid and the food was excellent. I ate here 4/6/22 while on vacation and the menu changed and the food was not good at all. Seems like everything was bland and had no taste. I was very disappointed because I had bragged about how good my past experience was to my family but I guess covid changed this for the worst ? . We had a party of about 8, and sadly, everyone agreed about the menu changing and not being good anymore!
Great food and a awesome experience! I had the shrimp scampi and I couldn't get enough of it. The servers were the best, warm and comfortable atmosphere. The wine selection was great, Had a great cocktail too. Go Here you wont regret it!
