Went and picked up for the first time food was on time but the pie was way below what we expected for the hype and price. Barely any sauce or toppings mostly a lot of chewy crusty leftover. Ate two slices and gave up

I waited 30 minutes for 2 slices that I paid $5.50 for. I was waiting so long, I asked the guy if my order was ready and asked for a time estimate and he said “when it’s done.” Get good dude, pizza was mid and attitude was garbage.

The pizza somehow manages to taste sweet and somehow has no real flavor. It tastes like something you could get in a middle school cafeteria. The garlic knots had good flavor, but were completely over baked. The only real good thing about the place was the staff, they were lovely people. This is a place you go for beer, not for food.

fantastic pizza in a sweet little pod. good beer, friendly people. there's a sandbox for kids to play in, and even a rooftop patio (no kids allowed up there) overall great experience

For the third time we came to eat Strombolis, which are delicious. However, we were told 30-40 minutes and it took well over an hour and a half. We love the food but have an infant so going to dinner at 6:15 and getting your order around 8pm is not really cool. Today was with a different person working than the last two times so it feels like a consistent issue. I think they forget to start them or just kept taking orders so that getting them in the over got lost in the shuffle. It’s a major part of their menu so I’m not sure why the workflow isn’t worked out. Two times we’re on Wednesdays that were not super busy. Please Bartolotti’s! Get this figured out so we can eat your delicious food again! For now, third strike and we need to head elsewhere. :(

Why is it hard for some people to get out of their own way? Dude is serving up Pizza, eh? Why did he have to be who he is? I got a slice her one time before. Good pizza. Pizza with a purpose. Today? Pizza was okay. We must have been the first customers. Guy could not heat it up properly. If I want a lukely presented pizza I will eat off my counter where it has been sitting for hours. The pizza I got at Domino's the other day was hot, well made, delicious. Mostly delicious. I liked it. This today, with the, whatever attitude? Bite me. Will not be back.
