Tasty pizza, but at what cost? For $4 a slice, it should be the size of a small bear, not a wedge.

Their Stromboli is incredibly good. Had the Spencer's Butte, and it was delicious! Loaded with spinach, mushrooms, and cheese. A delightfully thin and crispy crust. Good, fun service. And The Friendly Garden is a great little neighborhood food truck/beer garden scene, too.

All around solid pizza - crust, cheese, toppings, everything is consistently really good and in just the right ratios. Probably my favorite pizza in Eugene so far!

Fast service and massive slices for college-inflated prices. It's an expensive slice, but when it's the only one around you are more than willing to shell out for the humongous portions. It tastes amazing without too much oil, which is good, but it's only open for a short while each day and has more than enough seating to go around. They also offer canned sodas and garlic knots. They also take tap-to-pay using Square.Vegetarian options: This location offers a few vegetarian pizzas with extra toppings, but a plain cheese can never do you harm either.Wheelchair accessibility: There sometimes is very little room in the walkways due to seating, but the area at the counter is clear and the counter itself is a good height, as is the payment terminal.

Great little food cart in south eugene at the friendly street food pod. Cute little vibe they have going on. Slices are huge. Garlic knots are super cheesy!

Love this little food cart at the friendly food pod. Highly recommend you grab a slice next time you stop by. They can be busy so it might take some time some times but that just means it's a fresh slice! Love the pepperoni they use. 100% don't sleep on them!

Very greasey, sauce had no flavor, taste like card board. Honestly, pepperoni was swimming in grease. Eugene needs a pizza makeover. majority of the pizza out here is horrible. They need a New Yorker or Chicagoan to open up a true pizza parlor. I'd personal rather get pizza at market of choice then bartolottis.

Really delicious meatball parmigiana stromboli. Dough tasted very fresh and the setting (@Friendly Garden) is great. Check it out!

We ordered two pizzas from Bartolotti's tonight - when we got home we found that 1- they put the wrong toppings on the pizza, 2- part of the pizza was just crust - no sauce, no topping, and 3- one of the pizzas was burnt. We have often ordered from the cart and this was a first. Someone is not paying attention to what they're doing. And when pizzas cost about $30 you expect to get what you ordered and to get a decent pizza. This seems like more than a Covid issue (per your disclaimer). We plan to look for a different pizza place but please speak with your employees - they're not doing a good job.

I was so excited to try this food cart yesterday however, I waited in line for nothing. I continued to wait patiently until it was my turn but I was basically ignored until I made direct eye contact with one of the young girls in the cart. When she saw that I was ready to order she barked were all out of everything except the special which didn't look appetizing. I was shocked to hear that because it was 6pm and still early and there was a line behind me waiting to order. I politely questioned in disbelief "you're out of everything"..? I asked if I could just order a slice of pepperoni..? And she then replied we're just extremely backed up and it will be a while. The level of service was in the toilet and to be honest they didn't look like the cream of the workforce. I shook my head and broke the news to the folks behind me. They lost lots of business

Confession: I've lived in Eugene for4 years and have been s*** talking this town's pizza the whole time. I've tried a bunch of places that just don't live up to my NY-style expectations. (No, the very bready pizzas can't compare.) Now I feel like I need to walk back some of that criticism because Bartolotti's does NY style pretty well. The star of the show was the cheese--it had the right balance of cheese and saltiness that are must-haves and signatures of a good slice. The sauce was good and did its job without being sweet or too thick. The crust was thin and foldable, but when I got to the edge where the crust wasn't covered in sauce or cheese, it wasn't particularly flavorful. Not bad by any means, but not memorable. However, working in harmony, this is some of the best NY style pizza in town. Plus, the service was friendly and quick--it took about 2 minutes to heat my slice. I definitely recommend a slice, and I'm looking forward to going back to try a pepperoni slice or stromboli.

We live in the neighborhood and have been getting Bartolotti's for years. It's been decent, if inconsistent. But, the past few months the pizza has been literally disgusting. I keep trying because it's close and easy, but I'm going to stop wasting my money. Last time the pizza was apparently loaded with chedder or something because we used a ton of paper towels to sop up all of the oil. I'm not kidding, not overstating. Not a normal amount of oil for even an oily pizza. The oil was soaked clear through the box after a 10 minute walk home. Tonight, besides still being crazy oily, the pizza was loaded with parmesan or gorgonzola or some other weird (for pizza) cheese because I could literally *not taste* the PEPPERONI because the cheese was too strong. That doesn't happen in pizza! It made my mouth tingle it was so strong. On top of that, the ipad they handed me to sign with my finger was completely disgusting, smeared with oil and flour. The staff are clearly not washing their hands before touching it, and not cleaning it between customers. The box also had oily black fingerprints on it. That's really not ever okay, but during Covid? I don't blame the staff, they're young and we're not all that responsible when we're young and left to ourselves. This is a management issue. All this tells me that the management has basically been hands off, not training their staff, and not following up on quality. There's not a lot of options on Friendly, so I am begging you Bartolotti's management, please train and maintain your staff's training. Teach them food safety and check up on it. And make clear what goes on a pizza and what doesn't. Or, if you've recently changed your recipes, please keep testing. This isn't it.
