Friendly employee, ice cream was made quickly, clean, they have bubble gum ice cream!

Very disabled elderly man behind the counter. It took us 30 min to get ice cream from the line of 3 people in front of us. His whole face/hair goes into the ice cream area as he’s scooping. It also stinks really bad in here like old mop water. I saw him get an attitude with a man in front of me with a language barrier. Getting upset on how he was saying things and not understanding then got snippy with his child who was trying to order. I try to be graceful but with the whole body in the ice cream area and the veryyyy slow service I have to give this review.

Great ice-cream, the team that helped me was Isaac, Sadi, and Mak, and they killed it. Made the experience way better with their banter and customer service. Will be back ?

Theo (the elderly man everyone mentions) has had this store and worked for many years. He is truly hardworking and so sincere; just needs more people to be considerate. Since Covid it’s been difficult to find good help and this is the last Baskin Robins in town. Most of us who have lived here have grown up getting ice cream and ice cream cakes from BR and would love to continue that tradition. Sometimes it’s the little acts of kindness, compassion and patience we all need to remember to those who are willing to do the hard work and kindness in return.

Let me say first the elderly man working here may be old and slow but at least hes working. Its true he is slow but i know wjat to expect now when i go there!!Great place to bring our 2 year old grandaughter. She's so happy when we come here. We call it the ice cream store. She gets to try different flavors and gets those cute little pink spoons. It's not cheap, I mean I bout her a scoop of ice cream in a cone and it was almost $5 but it's worth the adventure. They have 2 tables inside . A table with 4 chairs and a table with 2 chairs plus a high chair. A banana split is $9 but u get to pick your ice cream flavors and choice of syrups , etc. The employees are very nice too!! For my grandaughter it's worth every penny!! Every year her dad gets they're birthday cakes here@! We watch a video with the cool ice cream cakes they sell!! Fun for us!!

Parking: Located in Santa Clara square next to Albertsons. Plenty of parking

Kid-friendliness: Great place to get a treat for both kids and grown ups!!! Lots of flavors for every taste!! It's a small place but kids love it here

Tonight, we have 2 younger dudes working and the this guy had to manage by himself for a bit and he handled it amazingly well! Super friendly to everyone, fast and communicates well!
I highly encourage to give this place a try, new staff is really trying! He had a full line and it moved out in under 10 minutes! Seriously great job!

Dude. Y’all have a 95 year old disabled man as the only employee on a hot summer day. The poor guy can’t even stand up out of a 70 degree angle. This is just bad management. There was probably 15 people waiting to be helped but the poor guy can’t even see us.

There is an elderly man with severe scoliosis who seems to be the only person who ever is on the schedule here. It's been years now and they still haven't found anyone else to work there?

I'm not exaggerating, it takes 10-15 minutes to get two scoops of the same flavor in a cup. I don't like telling my kids we won't be coming here anymore, but they need to get help for that guy (or if he's the owner he needs to quit skimping out), and I'm tired of waiting 20-30 minutes for my kids to get ice cream.

This has to have been a safety hazard for this employee. There were no other employees in sight to help him if he fell and injured himself. This has to be a violation of worker safety laws. Will not be back, I do not support this.
