Ordered a tri-tip smoked mac and cheese at the Cuthbert. The tri tip was greasy and chewy while the mac was indistinguishable from Kraft mac and cheese from the shelf. Horrible experience.

Bates has been a fixture at the Junction City Scandinavian festival for years. They serve up a variety of bbq sandwiches. Also available is macaroni and cheese topped with smoked meats. Their food is reasonably priced and filling. For a drink I recommend the strawberry lemonade.

This place has amazing bbq!! It is so fresh and delicious. The Mac and Cheese was so good. They also have a resort that you can check out to camp or have a wedding. The owners and staff are so amazing and kind!!

Went to the Rose Festival and ordered one mac n cheese n two tried tips and 2 lemonades, $56.00 later!?!?! Wow, I just worked ALL day to ear dinner! He kept asking if we wanted add ons n didnt inform us it was extra, when I asked what the $10 was he said addons, I was like can you take them off,then,he intimidated me by suggesting it was too late to reverse it, mind you it was seconds after I told him what I wanted! This should be a 0 star, never again.
