Don't sleep on this place!!! By far the most delicious creations in the vegan/vegetarian food world. Even if you're not vegetarian, the dishes leave you incredibly satisfied and are so full of flavor and love...not to mention the customer service! Everything about this food cart reflects the care and love the owner puts into everything she does! By far the best healthy/vegetarian options in all of Eugene...and much further beyond, I'm sure of it!!
