Always a good place to go even for gluten free options.

We used to get carry out from here on a regular basis. They are now charging a 5% fee for carry out containers. They have just lost our business.

A favorite lunch spot for me, their traditional style BBQ is always good along with their great service. Today I enjoyed a BBQ salad with brisket, but don't pass on their tri-tip salad--it's delicious! I also get their pulled pork sandwich on occasion, but honestly haven't been served anything from their menu that I haven't fully enjoyed. We used them once for a catered celebration of life lunch service, I'm sure our friend was looking down smiling as BBQ restaurants were his favorite, and they did an excellent job. Oh, for their lunch service it's an order at the register, gather your own utensils, and bus your own table kind of place. I'm not sure if their dinner service is the same as I've only eaten here for lunch, but if you like BBQ I don't think you can go wrong here.

I'm not familiar with true Texas BBQ so this review is from a PNW point of view.
I tried the chopped brisket, pulled pork, and tri tip with mac and cheese and bacon potato salad. It was all very good, especially the tri tip. I only wish they had sliced brisket as well as that is a personal favorite but cannot dock any points for that given the great other meats and the tri tip. The sides were on point, perfect amount of flavor and texture without going over. Really well done food.
The service was friendly and the food came out really quick, you can see the cooks really working hard back in the kitchen when you order.
The atmosphere in the store is great and welcoming. Well decorated interior.
I saw a couple taco salads come out too that looked awesome, I will need to return to try that!

Came across this BBQ spot while searching for local food in the area. The service was super friendly, and speedy and was enjoyable. Loved the BBQ Tap House feel, reminds me of the BBQ joints in Texas. I got the Tex Mac Burger and it was delicious. The fresh slaw, smash burgers patties, house made pickles, Texas Roast and dressing were perfect. The side of Mac N Cheese was delicious and full of flavor.

Atmosphere was ok. Asked the server how the briscut was and she said amazing, in my opinion that was a lie. Tasted and chewed like tough shredded beef. The “garlic fries” were regular fries with chunks of minced garlic at the bottom, sucked. The ONLY part of my meal i enjoyed was the texas toast and the mac 😂😂 was warned by a local not to come here, they were right. Wouldnt reccomend, sorry!

Bill and Tim's has the the best BBQ in Eugene. They also have the best salad in town and it's called the Tri tip salad. Pictured here. It's huge and it's delicious. Everything is great. The sides are also very good and they have a great tap selection. Check it out!

I've had the burger here a few times and the Cuban. It's all been very delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of BBQ sauce to choose from. Dipping sauces are nice. Everything is well prepared. Bill and Tim West know what they're doing.

Decent que' here served by friendly people each time I've been. The smell of meat being BBQ'd is just a siren song to a TN boy. To many thick core pieces of cabbage that just don't get shredded right into the slaw is my only gripe.. the 'tater salad is good, finally someplace that cooks them properly.
