Decent que' here served by friendly people each time I've been. The smell of meat being BBQ'd is just a siren song to a TN boy. To many thick core pieces of cabbage that just don't get shredded right into the slaw is my only gripe.. the 'tater salad is good, finally someplace that cooks them properly.

Solid bbq, turkey, hot links, tota and the ribs ate top notch. Tri tip was tough but tasted great. Mac beans and cucumber salad was okay. The rest of the menu looked great would love to come back and try more.

Love BBQ? Bill and Tim's is a MUST

The food was really good, but there was very little coleslaw on my sandwich, and a lot of meat. They were happy to get me more coleslaw, though. Something about it just didn't hit it for me this time.

Came here because it was the only barbeque restaurant open at the time. The meats were average at best - room temp, medium quality, nothing i'd go back for. Sauces were okay, not a ton of flavor but not bad. Only tried a couple sides and I don't remember what they were - pretty forgettable. A different table had nachos that looked better than anything we ordered. Really average and not a barbeque restaurant I would go back to.

Great food and portions. Really hit the spot. No service other than cashier. Decent TV placement and some outdoor seating as well.

The front entrance is not clearly marked so I entered in the back of the building near the kitchen. I stood for awhile at the counter until being acknowledged and the waitress took my order, gave me a number and told me to sit anywhere. She brought my food to the table and brought silverware and then I never saw her again. I saw others get up and get BBQ sauce and napkins from a station... so I assumed it is run partially like a fast food restaurant with real plates and utensils.

The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was family friendly. There were tv's to watch sports but they were turned down. Alcohol is served but there is no bar.

It’s taken me awhile to write a review. I could say so much about Bill and Tim’s but I’ll keep it short. We love this place. This is the only place my picky a*s kids will eat at. I have kids with first world taste forgetting their parents are on a 3rd world budget. So, that alone, they deserve like 10 stars. Service is great and I can eat here without feeling like I need to work overtime to pay the bill. Thanks guys!

A+++ quality excellent staff good food and fast at what they do. Plus there's a lot of antique pig related figurines that make it really fun to check out ! Parking kinda is limited to prepare for that this place is always busy!

$63 got my friend and I:
x1 two-meat plate w/ sides
x1 hush puppies
x1 soft pretzel
x1 grilled cheese w/ a side
x2 non-alc fountain drinks

They don't serve chicken breasts (only thighs, the cheapest meat you can get), the grilled cheese is with shredded cheese on Texas toast which I had to get because chicken breast is the only BBQ that I enjoy. The soft pretzel is cheap to make, it equates to just a little more than the free bread a sit down restaurant offers for free, especially when I said I didn't want the cheese. The hush puppies tasted like fried onion rings without the ring of onion.

By now you've realized I wasn't impressed. For $63, we could've both went to a BBQ chain for a better value. This place is basically buffet food they make ahead, then slop it on a plate and overcharge for it.

Definitely not returning to pay $60+ for fast food service with buffet quality mass production vibes.

I have tried the food here a few times. And the pulled pork was just too dry. If you're going to claim to be a barbeque restaurant your barbeque meat needs to be the focus of your business. The staff was very friendly and informative. The dining room is comfortable and seating is open choice.
